Unit includes fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Dining room seats 6. Two upstairs bedrooms each with King bed, smart tvs and ensuite full bathrooms. Dedicated workspace. Living room includes a 65" smart tv and Queen sofa bed. Complimentary high speed internet. Washer & dryer in the unit. Two dedicated parking spaces with room for overflow and trailers. Enjoy amazing views from back patio bistro while grilling on the gas BBQ. Spend your days hiking, biking, four wheeling and relishing in the beautiful sunshine and scenery of nearby National and State Parks. Enjoy rafting, kayaking and water fun on the Colorado River! Save some time to peruse the shopping and restaurants in the quaint town of Moab just 5 miles from the house. Great spaces

Bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, dining area, living area all nice sized. Highway noise wasn’t terrible in the back bedroom.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed the space. Even though the location is a little outside of Moab, it was quick easy trip into town. If we go to Moab again, we will definitely be staying here. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. :)

Great roomy place to stay with everything you need!!

We loved the place! Parked right in front, lots of space, comfortable beds, full kitchen and patio in the back!!! A little south of town, so you must drive back for other amenities and some road noise since it fronts the highway. Pluses far out way the negatives and I would definitely stay here again! Loved the space and felt quite comfortable here!!

Great condo

When we opened the door we were so pleased! This place is wonderful! Great decor, clean and comfy. I didn’t want to leave. We stayed here while visiting the Arches and Canyonlands. It was perfect! I’ll be back!

Modern with Wonderful View

The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need. Just perfect. The view of the eastern mountains at sunset was drop dead gorgeous. The only drawback was the highway noise, particularly in the bedrooms.

Comfortable & convenient

Scott & Caren’s townhome is a great spot to stay when visiting Moab - the home is spotless, well equipped, comfortable, and is conveniently located a few miles outside of downtown. Highly recommend! One of the bedrooms does face the main road which is well trafficked - we are used to city noise so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re used to complete quiet, bring ear plugs and/or a white noise app.

Moab escape

A great property for two couples. Two master bedrooms with king beds and full baths were perfect. The property owners were very responsive to questions. The place is new and clean.

Very nice condo!

The condo is in a very nice complex and convenient to Moab. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating. Well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again.

We loved Gypsy Sol! Perfect location and so comfortable. The unit had Everything we needed. There is even sports equipment to use at the Complex. Book with confidence!

Great clean place for an Arches adventure

Very nice place only a few miles outside of Moab. Spotlessly clean and furnished very nicely. The beds and pillows were great, very comfortable. Kitchen setup and grill made it very easy to cook. The washer and dryer was a nice feature. Both bedrooms were full masters. The front bedroom has excessive road noise so you’ll need ear plugs.

Great weekend stay

The condo was great. Very clean, everything we needed for our weekend stay with easy access to Moab. If you want a nice, new place that’s out of the busyness of Moab but still want easy access this is a perfect place.

Very clean, conveniently close to Arches

I would recommend this place for its cleanliness and proximity to arches. The WiFi worked well for 3 people working from home and the layout was modern and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and bowls.

Clean, comfy great stay
