Our beautifully appointed studio unit is located on the 4th floor, overlooking the entrance to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park with a partial view of the Gulf. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm in one of Naples’ most desirable beachside locations.
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor and are accessible via payment card.
Studio Features & Highlights:
• Just steps from Vanderbilt Beach
• Safe, well-maintained beaches patrolled daily
• Heated swimming pool
• Short drive to Mercato, Downtown Naples, The Turtle Club, and local State Parks
• Spectacular sunset views over the Gulf
Start your mornings with peaceful walks along the beautiful white sandy beaches — you may even spot dolphins feeding just offshore. This studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and offers plenty of amenities to help you relax and enjoy your stay.

Important Information Before Booking
• Lobby and first-floor renovations are nearly complete, with finishing touches wrapping up soon. Any remaining work should cause minimal disruption to your stay.
• Prior to arrival, ALL tenants are required to complete a Tenant Evaluation.
This includes a background check conducted by property management to ensure the safety and security of the community.
There is a $150 non-refundable fee per applicant for this process.
We look forward to hosting you for a relaxing and memorable Naples getaway!
