Overall the hotel itself was nice. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable and the cleaning service came in once and only removed towels. Never replaced our towels or put clean sheets on bed. The worst part was the bar next door. They play loud music until after midnight. This side of the hotel should get a discount as you can’t rest at all. Seems rather unfair they are aware of the situation but do not let their guests know before checking in or reserving the room.

Location of the property is very good. Room was small but clean and modern. Bathroom becomes a sauna as soon as a shower is started so could use better ventilation but does clear a short while after shower is off. Plenty of restaurants and some attractions within a short walk. Our only real issue was with the tiki hut style bar that's located next door, which had very loud live music playing until midnight on an outside patio just outside the wall of the building. Valet parking is expensive but was efficient and the attendants were super courteous and helpful. The included breakfast is definitely above average for a hotel!

The setting was nice except the noise from the bar below the room. They played excessive loud until 11PM every night.Host should make guest aware of that.I had meetings at 7AM each morning and needed good nights rest.

Very nice place!

This was a perfect place for a short stop in Clearwater. Nice pool, nice views, and good location not far from the pier.

Great time as always!!

Love the accommodations. Its close to everything we like to do so we never have to rent a car. The hotel has all the extra amenities we need as well. Can't wait for this year's trip!

Great stay. Very clean. Staff is incredibly kind, helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. We had no noise at night, like others complained of. It was a great experience.

Upon check in, we were put in a room with two double beds and a view of the ocean. We booked a king suite. The front desk manager said they did not have a king suite. I informed him they did as I pulled up the Residence Inn online and it would allow me to book a king suite. We were able to move to that suite. The new room had air conditioning issues. The fan and system did not work properly. They said they would check it out. Never did. The second night I spoke with the front desk and the manager said they would provide us with a box fan. What??? They never did. And the listing was totally inacurate. It was a Residence Inn. My wife and I were completely dissapointed. We should be reimbursed for some or all of they stay. Thank you.

Quick weekend getaway

Had a great long weekend. Place is close to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Pool views were great. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Great vacation

Great place to stay. Close to shopping, food, and boating adventures. Never used pool beach was too nice to waste time at a pool. Breakfast had good selection. Definitely will be coming back.

Relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the area is amazing and the property was less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and the farthest thing we did was about a 25 minute walk. The property manager responded very quickly to all my questions and was very helpful in all situations. Would definitely book again next time we visit this area!

Long weekend with friends

We stayed here for a long weekend/girls trip and this property was great. Right in the middle of Clearwater Beach and close to many restaurants and bars. A two minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location!

Nice stay.

This was a Marriot Residence hotel. The Hotel is nice and convenient to the ocean. The only down side for us was our room location. It was right next to a bar and grill, and loud music would crank up while we were trying to sleep. Also the onsite parking is 38.00 every 24 hrs, which was not stated till we arrived, would have been nice to know prior. Other than that it was a good, nice amenities, and the staff were pleasant.

Great location and friendly staff. The pool was relaxing and had a nice breeze coming off. Breakfast was good. Room set up is a little different from listing pictures but still great!

Perfect location

Right in the heart of Clearwater beach. Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff nice pool area. Only complaint is the 5 days we were there the cable never worked so we couldn’t watch tv at night. they said they were having trouble with the cable company but it worked fine in the lobby, so I’m not sure I believed them.

Great central location

We couldn't have had a better location to stay! Complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day! Sunrise watch off the deck of the pool. The coffee shop on the street level was bonus. Room had very nice amenities. The staff was VERY friendly. Access to the beach is directly across the road through a shop and market. The location is close to the restaurants, bars and marina dock to find your tours. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The only downside part was the underwhelming response time of the propertty manager, however that wouldn't have and didn't have any affect on our room or stay.

Work trip

The property was great but the room is right next to a bar that is very loud at night until 1am. We had to work early so it was a little difficult with a band playing for a few hours every night. Other than that is was great!
