Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer, the wellness area is open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from 20 June 2026 and until 30 August 2026, every day except Saturday (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).For the winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 3 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Thursday outside school holidays (forecast dates, unless otherwise closed).Key points: - Heart of life of the station- Close to shops and services- Direct access to the snow front and runways- Heated outdoor pool, fitness room and saunas



Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This large apartment with an area of 53 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It will be perfect for your stay in the mountain with family or friends! Ideally located in the heart of the central square of the Orres 1800, in the building "Les Colchiques" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, you will be a few steps from all the shops (ski hire shops, bakery, supermarket, souvenir shops and local products, restaurants...).The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a large living room with a seating area with a TV and a double sofa bed; and a dining area for 8 guests to share good moments around a mountain specialty. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a small balcony with a table and two chairs. As for sleeping, you will have the choice between the double room on the ground floor with a bed 140 x 190 cm, on the first floor a second bedroom with 4 single beds 80 x 190 cm each that can be joined together to form double beds; as well as the sofa bed in the living room.Stay connected even during your holiday thanks to internet access included with this accommodation!For comfort, you will have two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower; and a separate toilet.SMALL MORE: - You will have two private ski boxes to store your ski gear and you will be able to slip your skis and access the slopes directly from the exit of the locker. - Guests have unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open space only in season, summer and winter).- You can reserve a double parking space for two vehicles in the underground car park of the residence directly from the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
