This recent, comfortable, and very pleasant villa features a garden of about 75 m², not enclosed, and bordered by a hedge. The pool is shared by the 6 villas in the residence.
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.

The security deposit to be paid upon arrival is 1500 €.
