Very clean and easy beach access

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the ease of access to the beach. Host communication was also excellent. The only things to note would be that all though it is technically first floor, you still have to take the elevator from the ground floor. Additionally, it wasn't quiet as much of a beach view as I was expecting. For those traveling with toddlers, this place was about as good as you can get for toddler friendly. There wasn't too much in my 1.5 year old's reach that was breakable. A huge plus for a worrying parent not looking for extra charges lol. The front door is a lever handle where the deadbolt automatically unlocks when you pull it, so that is something to keep an eye on. Overall, this was a great place, and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect convenient location

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. I had to contact the host a few times prior to check in and they were extremely quick and responsive to reply. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Excellent Vacay

The condo is very nice and clean. Great location. Easy and fast communcation with the owners. Had a great week at the beach and definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Family Friendly Stay

Perfect place for a family!! This condo is located in the perfect location. There is a great pool/hot tub with a children’s pool as well (1/2’) deep. Just past the pool is the pristine beach. The very family friendly beach, clean and well maintained. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities. The daily has carts to make unloading easy. There are plenty of shops and other restaurants near by. We will be coming back!

Tennis at the beach.

Beautifully decorated and organized, just right for our family of four. The location was perfect for Tennis, barbecuing, hot tub, pool and the beach.

Great location

Very nice place to stay, location is great as well. Lots of things to do close by or a short drive. Owners seemed very nice and responded quickly to my questions.

Perfect condo!

The condo was very well appointed, having everything you could possibly need stocked for a great vacation! Beautiful side view of the gulf from the balcony. Highly recommend this condo, and we plan on visiting again soon!

Clean, convenient, front beach, good facilities, close to everything.

The property is located in a condo front of beach, super convenient to be at 50 step to the sand. It was clean, I am very happy about it. The apartment has nice decor, counter top appliances, good internet, towels... etc. Well equipped. My only complaint is about the beds. They are deformed and need to be exchanged.

Our yearly Trip

We absolutely love this property and have suggested it to many family and friends. Speaking with the owners was so easy! The room was gorgeous. Something to be said, many I know worry about a "sofa bed" do not worry with this property! It is one of the most comfortable beds in the condo! We loved how the guest room was set up with 2 twin beds also. This made it very nice for older teen kids. 10/10 totally recommend!

Great Rental for our family of 4

This condo was amazing! The remodel is beautiful, the condo was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We traveled with our two little kids, ages 1 and 3, and walking to and from the beach was very quick and easy. The ramp to the beach doesn’t have any stairs which was a plus for our beach wagon. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing trip with family!

We had the best time..property was amazing, clean, very well decorated and everything we needed. Pool area was great and the beach was phenomenal!! 5 stars for sure!!

Great location and a close walk to the beach.

It was a nice spacious condo. The location was perfect. The owner needs to put in the description to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. I have never stayed at a condo where you had to provide your own TP. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Love Mainsail, Nice condo, View not the best

We had a great stay at Mainsail in this first floor unit. The condo was clean and the bed arrangement was great for our family of 5. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Bedding was comfortable. This is in building 4 which is furthest away from the beach but it is still just a short walk with easy access. The unit had a washer and dryer but bring detergent or pick some up at the store. There was also quick communication with the owner. A few things I will note for someone considering this unit. The balcony is blocked by the portico overhang. You can’t see anything other than the overhang when sitting on the couch inside or sitting on the balcony furniture. Definitely a bummer since we enjoy an ocean view while having our morning coffee or evening relaxing. Secondly, this unit is immediately beside where everyone pulls in. We heard cars, horns, people yelling, even just talking in a regular voice from our unit. Really not ideal at 7am or 1am while trying to sleep. The unit only had 3 rolls of toilet paper which was a little surprising so grab some when you go to the grocery. Also, no beach service is included with this unit so if you want beach chairs and an umbrella be prepared to pay $45 a day. All in all it was a nice unit, but will probably choose a higher level unit next time.
