The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Dramalj. The holiday flat is located on a garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In the same house there are holiday flats CRI DRA 081 (5 persons) and CRI DRA 082 (8 persons). Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Living room with TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot with bars, access to the terrace and baby cot on request for a fee.
