In Sainte-Maxime, located in the Croisette/Guerevieille area, within a quiet residence, beautiful duplex mazet of 55 m² on the garden level for rent for 4 people.
On the main level, there is a dining room with an open kitchen as well as a television lounge, all opening onto a pleasant garden of approximately 120 m².
This mazet is very well equipped and has Wi-Fi and air conditioning on each level.
Pets are allowed subject to the owner's approval.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is extra at the price of €50.
A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
Tourist tax is extra (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and number of occupants over 18 years old).
Charges are included.
A 25% deposit is required.
The mazet must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and garbage must be emptied.
Keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
