There is also a living/dining room with a TV, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.

The opposite wing houses a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), a separate toilet, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), and access to the terrace completes the ground floor.

The garden, approximately 500 m², is enclosed on the terrace side only by fencing installed in January 2026. The terrace is equipped with an awning and garden furniture. PETS: Small dogs only. No cats.

To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a security deposit of €800.
