This spacious 2021-built 3-bedroom 2-bath luxury condo has glorious views of the Bridger Mountains from the great room (living/kitchen/dining), master, and patio. Enjoy wide-open spaces right out the door in Middle Creek Parklands and its immaculately maintained trail system through 50+ acres of green space + park. Perfect for families and couples. 6 mi to downtown Bozeman, 9 mi to BZN airport, 22 mi to Bridger Bowl, 37 mi to Big Sky, 88 minutes to Yellowstone’s north and west entrances!

A quiet and private retreat for guests who want to play or who are traveling for business. Middle Creek Parklands 3 bedroom 2-bath luxury condo, single story ADA accessible interior, 1750 square feet, central heat and AC.

Views of the green space and the Bridger Mountains from the great room (living/kitchen/dining), master suite, and patio!

Very fast internet (400 mbps).

LIVING AREA has plenty of cozy seating, a wall-mounted TV (set up w/ Roku + Youtube TV + NBA League Pass), gas fireplace, dining set for six, books/maps on the Bozeman area.

KITCHEN has a large quartz island with bar seating for 3. Gas range with 4 burners + griddle. Fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, silverware, baking sheets, cutting boards, bakeware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, storage containers, toaster, foil, wrap, ziplock bags, dish soap, dish cloths, potholders, bowls, plates, salad plates, wine glasses, juice glasses, glasses, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee and tea fixings, and barware. PLUS KIDS PLACE SETTINGS + SILVERWARE.

PATIO has seating + table, propane grill + utensils.

MASTER BEDROOM features a king-sized bed, brand new memory foam mattress, wall-mounted TV (equipped with Roku + Youtube TV + NBA League Pass), blackout shades, ceiling fan, en'suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, toiletries. HUGE CLOSET (CAN BE USED AS NURSERY W/ PACK-AND-PLAY PROVIDED). There is also a stow-away twin frame and memory-foam mattress kept in the master bedroom closet.

BEDROOM 2 features a queen-sized bed, brand new memory foam mattress, blackout shades, ceiling fan, and dresser.

BEDROOM 3 features two twin beds, brand new memory foam mattresses, blackout shades, ceiling fan, and dresser.

FULL GUEST BATHROOM has a bathtub shower combo, plenty of towels, hair dryer, and toiletries.

LAUNDRY AREA has huge washer and dryer with detergent and wool dryer balls.

TWO-CAR GARAGE has tons of space.

This condo was very comfortable for my family. The property was clean and the owners provided many amenities for the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The view of the Bridger Mountain was wonderful. It was also nice to have use of the garage. The location was convenient for downtown Bozeman, Big Sky, Bridger Bowl, and restaurants. I would stay here again if I come back to Bozeman.

These accommodations were amazing! The home was very spacious and clean. Everything was well stocked with all the necessary supplies from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry. We also enjoyed using the Weber grill and taking walks on the community path. Our hosts left us a with great instructions and communicated well during our stay. We felt right at home! The condo was located within short distances to major roads but we felt like we were out in the country. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

Perfect place for our stay

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The open park next to the house allowed for beautiful views of the mountains. It's a quiet location with good parking, an immaculately clean home, nice open living and kitchen area, and comfy beds. We'd definitely come back.

Unbeatable Views & Great Home

Fantastic property for our family of 6! Fireplace was a wonderful bonus, view was incredible. All the necessities in place, comfortable beds & clean. We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The bbq grill worked great and we enjoyed several meals on the back patio. The condo is convenient to downtown Bozeman (only 10 minutes away). Lindsey was a very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Lindsey!

Great property close to all that Bozeman has to offer.

We came to town for a wedding and this property was close to the venue. It is so great to be able to gather as a family in a cozy place with all the amenities of home. Perfect condo with awesome view

This condo is perfect for a family. Nice size bedrooms with big closets. Great family room with an awesome view of the mountains. Sits in a quiet spot in a group of condos. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the tall garage doors makes it easy to pull your vehicle in with skis still on top. Great communication from the owner.

Great location and house!

This house was exactly as described. We loved the layout and the amenities offered. It's located close enough to town but far enough out to have peace and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Having the ability to do laundry was a plus. While we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. We would rent this property again if ever in Bozeman.

Wedding Weekend

We traveled to Bozeman for a wedding and chose this house for our family stay. We loved it! Super clean, organized, and felt so comfortable! Everything was amazing, we cooked breakfasts and had all that we needed. Total 5-star experience. It was also centrally located so close to almost everything but yet just far enough. Totall recommend!

Very pleased!!

This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had! The home was simply but thoroughly appointed, and we lacked for nothing. We were in town for a wedding, and the home's location made for very easy access to wherever we needed to be. It was clean, quiet, and wonderfully comfortable. Instructions for appliances were clear and readily available. Thank you for enabling our family to enjoy a wonderful weekend at our son's wedding!

Clean and easy!

This is a lovely property, clean and easy, and the owners were flawless to work with. Everything seems new and worked well--lights, heating, everything. We had zero problems. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. In full disclosure, this is not a secluded place--there are other homes nearby and people and dogs fairly constantly walking by.

Perfect!

While visiting our daughter and family who reside in Bozeman we felt we needed some extra space: this property proved to be the perfect choice. The property is crystal clean and well-equipped. There are nice views and walking paths, along with a wonderful playground just around the bend. The location was less than three miles distant from our daughter's home allowing for a short transit to and fro. Would definitely recommend!
