Accommodation: Very beautiful cottage of around 50m2 for 5 people, ideally located in a quiet suburban area less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and the center. On the ground floor: A living room (TV, sofa, table and chairs) with open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, kettle, 2-burner hob, etc.) A pantry space containing washing machine and refrigerator with freezer, giving access to a bedroom (chest of drawers) with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate WC. Upstairs: A mezzanine with a convertible sofa and a wardrobe. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. A terrace with garden furniture and possible parking in the courtyard complete this property.
