This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located on a back street in town for the quietest stay of an in town property. It is also conveniently located less than a mile from downtown and 2 miles from the nearest boat ramp. This home is also 40 miles from Athens and 37 miles to Clemson, making it the perfect place to stay! Come start your stay today!!

Quiet residential setting

Perfectly adequate home in a quiet neighborhood. A few up keeping changes (ie fixing hole in screen porch door, tightening toilet lids to seats, power washing porch rug, hooking up water to refrigerator for ice maker, etc) would gain another star in the rating. Having provided toiletry items and coffee a nice plus. Easy communication with host.

Lovely Little Home

We have stayed here many times and enjoy it for our family of 4. It’s not fancy, but there is plenty of space, nice beds, spacious bathrooms, and we enjoy it!

Great house and perfect location

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and this house was the perfection location. It was close to downtown and to the lake where our family was. It was cute, clean and overall very comfortable. We had an issue with wasps outside and the host was quick to come over and spray. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for our weekend in Hartwell. The bedding was nice. We would rent this property again.

Perfect Hartwell Lodging

The Hartwell House property was a true delight to stay in, this home was squeaky clean in every room , tastefully decorated with 3 very comfortable beds/bedding and 2 full bathrooms. The house is located in a small quiet street and we all slept soundly at night and felt well rested. The host was quick to respond to any questions that may come up. Entry to the property upon arrival was easy with a electronic door code. The home is just 2 miles to the downtown shops & local restaurant choices , and 10 mins or less to multiple lake areas and state park zones.

Great House

We had a minor issue with check-in, but once it was resolved our stay was great! The house was very clean and perfect for our family. We appreciated all of the time and detail that had been given to ensure a great stay. The host had everything we needed! We have already reserved this house again for our family Christmas visit!

Lovely place to stay in Hartwell while visiting family. Nicely decorated and cleaned home. Has what you need for a solid stay.

All around GREAT stay!

This cute rental is just a couple miles from downtown Hartwell and all their restaurants, stores and, new to us, Microbreweries. Also, it was only 2 miles from family that live in the area. The house was well decorated, very clean and comfortable. We rented at Thanksgiving and offered to bring 2 dishes to the family gathering. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property manager really made the trip a great VRBO experience, especially with provided written information and prompt replies to texts. We are planning on coming back in a month and are planning to stay here again!
