The Villa offers:

3 spacious bedrooms: Each room is thoughtfully furnished to provide maximum comfort and tranquility, with built-in storage, large bay windows to enjoy the outdoor spaces, and private bathrooms and toilets.
1 master bedroom: This luxurious master suite is a true gem, offering both comfort and intimacy, with a spectacular view of the sea. Located on the top floor of the villa, it overlooks the house and benefits from ideal sun exposure.
The adjoining bathroom is a true wellness space: it features a bathtub perfect for relaxing while admiring the view of the horizon and the sea. A spacious walk-in shower offers an enchanting view as well.
There are separate toilets, as well as a large custom-made walk-in closet offering ample storage space.
Need to work remotely? A desk is provided, which you can easily move to face the view. An RJ45 socket is available to fully enjoy the high-speed fiber connection.

The modern, open kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. It opens onto an elegant dining area, perfect for convivial meals with family or friends (table for up to 8 people). The room enjoys natural light thanks to large bay windows.
You will also find, at the back of the kitchen, a laundry room (with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer...) as well as a separate toilet with a sink.
A large sunny terrace: This wooden terrace is a true extension of the villa's interior, offering an ideal outdoor space for relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying meals in a natural and refined setting.
Here, you'll find a comfortable garden lounge with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, a high table with stools, an electric griddle, and an electric pergola with adjustable slats to control the shade and enjoy the view all year round.
A second outdoor space awaits you: A spacious wooden terrace offering high-quality amenities to enjoy sunny days.
6 comfortable sunbeds, perfect for basking in the sun, a ping-pong table for sports and games enthusiasts, as well as a secure pool with an electric cover.
