Located in Paris, the accommodation is warm and is composed of a room with 1 double bed, a shower room and a nice kitchen, and a living room with access to the BALCONY to relax after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Oven. Please note that there is no iron.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The Louvre Museum is 29 min away by metro lines 1-9, the Arc de Triomphe is 24 min away by metro lines 6-8, the Eiffel Tower is 25 min away by bus line 82 and the Maison de Balzac is 18 min away by bus line 52.
You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix at 3 min walk and a Carrefour Paris Auteuil at 5 min walk.

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
