We Didn’t Wanna Leave!!

We felt like royalty in the immaculate, perfectly located residence. We’re a local family displaced by a home flood and we loved spending all our non-work time in the Marchand’s gorgeous home. So many gorgeous details— from the craftsmanship of the home, to the design touches, to the comfy, fresh beds, to the welcome bottle of wine with chocolate, to the responsiveness and generosity of the owners. We had great times out on the water. We enjoyed the awesome neighbors. Not a single negative of the entire experience. Would return today if we could! Thanks again and again, Nick and Sue for making our experience beautiful and memorable!!

Great location, hidden gem on Carlsbad Lagoon

Such a great property, right on the lagoon with a dock that had stand up paddle boards and kayak for us to take out! It’s was also a short walk to the lagoons beach, which was a great surprise for us and the kids! Everything inside the house was breaks new and beautifully done - we are renovating our house and got some idea while there! They had everything we needed and more. We love wine and they left two great reds for us at our arrival, they had a fully stocked coffee Kurig and all the kitchen supplies we needed. The host was very quick to reply, and even left a arcade game machine for our kids in the garage(they loved it). Was a perfect place for us to get away while getting our home worked on - felt like we were on vacation everyday while being in our hometown! I would highly recommend to anyone can’t say enough good things about this place!! Thank you!!

We feel so blessed to be able to share our townhome with you. My husband and I have been married for over 20 years and have 3 amazing children. When we are not running our business, and driving the kids around, we love spending time with the family doing any type of water sports. We enjoy outdoor activities, going to the movies, spending time with friends and family and vacationing together. You can find us surfing, paddle boarding, boating, jet skiing, and relaxing on the beach. As Carlsbad locals, we take full advantage of the Southern California way of life.

We hope you enjoy our townhome as much as our family and friends do!

NEW and completely remodeled! This home is super clean, practically brand new, fully furnished, and one of a kind with spacious bedrooms and direct access to the lagoon. No detail has been overlooked in renovating this condo to ensure that guests can enjoy the Southern California lifestyle both indoors and outdoors. When it is time to leave this paradise, you will find yourself minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and amusement parks. There really is no better condo in a more perfect location.
