After a long day of exploring, return to your vacation home to relax in style. Renovated in 2024, this home features a newly repainted interior and exterior and new kitchen furniture and refrigerator. Other upgrades include new furniture for the patio and game room. With plenty of room for the whole family, this home offers three levels perfect for large groups to spread out and relax. The lower level of the house will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and dining table await to host game nights and dinners in comfort. The third floor is home to another living room with a TV for movie nights. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second and third floors are perfect for spending evenings with the family in the salty air, especially at sunset!

When it is time to settle down, two large bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom also has a deep jetted tub when you want tranquility.

Beach Shuttle: Available seasonally (March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Memorial Day- October).

Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
