Duplex apartment of 47m2 located on the 5th floor with lift in the Griou residence in the heart of the Lioran resort.

Two doors in this space lead to the first bedroom with two single beds in 80x190 and the second with bunk beds in 80x190.
On the second level, a folding table and chairs will be at your disposal as well as a desk area with second television.
There will also be a final bedroom with its bed in 140x190.
You can enjoy a superb south-facing view of the Plomb du Cantal and ski slopes thanks to the balcony of this duplex equipped with garden furniture.
