Discover this 38 m² one-bedroom apartment with a 12 m² covered terrace, ideally located in Calvi, just 200 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the famous citadel.
Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the shops and the port, all within walking distance.

Designed for your comfort, this living space is fully equipped with brand-new amenities, offering everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Nestled in a modern and secure residence with a lift and private parking, this apartment is perfect for a peaceful holiday.

The rental can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with internet and Wi-Fi included.

It features:

A bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm bed, equivalent to a standard King size (180 x 200 cm), along with a dressing room, safe, storage, HD TV.

A living room with a professional-quality 140 cm sofa bed, HD TV, Bluetooth speaker.

A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, Senseo machine, induction hobs, air fryer, oven, microwave, full set of dishes, vacuum cleaner, steam station, ironing board, steam mop, etc.).

A bathroom with a large shower and toilet (hair dryer included).

A 12 m² covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors with its furnishings.

Beach games, masks, and snorkels are available.

Baby equipment is provided on request (baby bed with mattress, high chair, bathtub, toilet reducer).

The apartment includes a private parking space within the secure residence, with digicode access and lift badge.

The “Nayah Maria” residence is recent (2012) and located just 7 minutes from the airport by car.

It benefits from a prime location with immediate access to shops and the beach (1 minute on foot), and is only 3 minutes from Calvi’s town center and port.
You can do everything on foot!

You can also take the “Trinichellu” train to Calvi or Île-Rousse, conveniently nearby.
