This spacious 104 m² apartment greets you with a bright, elegantly decorated space in a charming vintage style.

The living room, featuring comfortable seating, offers a homely atmosphere. Large windows overlook the iconic Porte Saint-Denis.

The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats up to five guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the essential utensils.

Three bedrooms ensure a restful stay. The first bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200), the second has a queen bed (140x200), and the third offers a single bed (120x200). All beds have high-quality hotel-grade linens, and ample storage space is available to make you feel right at home.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with a bathtub, shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer is also available for added convenience.

There is a second independent toilet and sink.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. A professional cleaning is carried out between stays to ensure a pristine environment. There are 2 monitors in the property, so if you can connect your devices to them for a bigger screen if you wish, but make sure to bring your own cables/casting device.

All that's left for you to do is relax and enjoy your stay!

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Strasbourg - Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8, and 9), just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly airports are approximately 50 minutes by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
