DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM /2 BATH CONDO AT THE SURFCASTER

Spacious master bedroom with king bed and sitting area, gorgeous ocean views and balcony access. Balcony directly facing the ocean with a beautiful unobstructed view of ocean surf. A full bathroom off the master bedroom includes a relaxing garden soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle, direct access to the second bathroom, and a beautiful hand-painted mural.Renovated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living room area with sectional, dining table, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. I Keurig coffee machine.

Three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable services are provided. Condo features: Washer/Dryer , Central AC, ceiling fans in every room, elevator, punch code front door access, and tile throughout. One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). The building has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand. ( skate keys provided in kitchen)

Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.
One dog might be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.Please don't ask about multiple dogs.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out The 3 rd option on linens is rent linens and towels which includes making beds for a fee. I have partnered with a linen service in partnership with my cleaning company , who never disappoints. You would set this up directly with my partner . I would provide the contact info. If you want this option. This is becoming very popular ! I also provide a handy checklist for things to do before departure.

Great Momcation!!!

I go away once a year by myself. I call it my momcation. It was just me and my dog, and we had a great stay! Lesley is lovely and quick to respond. 10/10, I would definitely book this condo again!

Amazing beach front place

4 night stay; family vacation. Enjoyed the views, location and the host was super accommodating. Perfect spot for a vacation. Kitchen was great. It had everything you needed and then some. Beds and couches were very comfortable.

A Diamond In The Rough

Great oceanfront location, elevator, parking for 2, very tastefully decorated, and amenities you normally don’t get in other places. We had a great week even though Hurricane Debby threatened at times. Communication with the owner was superb, we will definitely be back.

A Perfect Getaway

My son, our puppy, and I couldn't be happier with our stay in Lesley's condo. There isn't much that can beat a great ocean view, a comfortable and well-equipped condo, and a location that provides all you need during your stay. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will be back just as soon as we can. Thanks for everything, Leslie.

A most wonderful experience at the beach

This condo is furnished with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The oceanfront views were enjoyed from most of the condo and even the master bedroom. The technology is updated with tvs and an Alexa. Lesley has thought of so many small things like a jewelry tray in a bedroom side table, crayons, scissors, sand chairs and so much more. Lesley was very personable and lovely to talk with. This was a fantastic several days.

We loved the location and the balcony views as well as door in bedroom.I was surprised that I had to put my own sheets on after traveling and just wanting to get settled. No towels were out and we found no face cloths. Couple suggestions: 1) add a grab bar in the master bath for security purposes; 2)considear having travel size shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap

Problems

The condo was nice. We arrive on a Saturday afternoon. We couldn't watch TV until mid Monday. The Xfinity box was new and wasn't even hooked up. Was in contact with owner and spent at least an hour on the phone with no resolve. Finally her neighbor came over on Monday and found the cable box not hooked up. Later in the week the blinds in the main bedroom fell off the wall. These aren't the problems you would expect after paying $2800 for a week.

The balcony view was spectacular. The master bedroom had the same fantastic view. Lesley was super helpful and very accessible. The whole condo was very well done. Had a wonderful stay. Will rent there in the future for sure.

Our trip was great!! The weather could have been better but with the location and beautiful, equipped condo, we were still able to enjoy ourselves and relax indoors on the stormy day. Lesley is very prompt in responding and super accommodating!!! We cant say enough about her orbher beach condo!! The entire experience was amazing and we can't wait to go back!!!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed. It’s centrally located in mid Ocean City on a quiet section of the beach with amazing views. Lesley is easy to reach and extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was excellent. We love the condo. It was clean, well stocked and great location. The only issue I had was that the dryer isn't working properly. I washed my towels and dish rags I used and after 2 hrs I took them out still wet and notified the cleaning staff to update Lesley. Thanks for a great 5 days!

Very nice, very clean, perfect location. Quiet area but not far from anything and everything. The elevator being so close was super convenient as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. What an incredible space, place, and experience.

Perfect Location- Panoramic Ocean View

So much to like!!! Beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach. An elevator directly across from our unit. Two assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping plus a short drive to the boardwalk and Delaware shopping. If there was one negative, it would be that the second bedroom has no view.We had a wonderful time. Lesley was a great host..

Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Didn't use the sheets and/or towels. I brought my own. The only complain we had is that the 2 seater on the deck is attached and you couldn't really have a meal outside because the attached chairs didn't face the table. The water didn't go down in the master bath sink. We would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if I didn't have major fall at the entrance of the underground garage where a badly bruised my knees and bruised my ribs. I did let Lesley know and suggested to put a warning on the floor so other guests don't get hurt because the 2 inch lip going across the floor isn't easily seen at night. That was the reason for the 4 star review. Besides that it was very nice and would consider going next year.

This s part of the beach in mid town is very wide with no high rises and not as populated as up north or by the boardwalk. It's perfect!

Surfcaste is a low rise with 4 floors that sits on a double decker parking garage . There's an elevator , 2 car parking One in the garage and one close by with no height restrictions ..
It's a family friendly building .
