Excellent location. Love the house- beds were comfortable. Nice to have a pool table and outdoor game of corn hole. Trevor responded quickly as well.Would highly recommend this home.

Overall, we had a good experience staying here. The property was in a great location, very affordable, and it was just what we needed for our trip. The only downside was that I reached out to the manager a couple of times about a small issue and never received a response. Other than that, everything worked out well and the place suited us perfectly.

Yard was great. Floors were filthy and we had to buy our own mop to clean. Furniture and beds were not comfortable. Living room rug sheds horribly.Host did quickly fix the water heater and garbage disposal.

Awesome location and pretty clean

Wasn’t there all that much but when we were it was nice to hang out and play pool and cornhole. Clean interior and pretty nice and quiet neighborhood made for a great weekend here.

Great location close to shops and food, but you do need a car. We enjoyed out stay at Trevor's house, and we will stay there again on our return

For 3 adults it was just right. Comfortable beds, adequate and nice bathrooms, very nice kitchen set up. Back yard patio was nice, but don’t plan to use the yard for much. Living room furniture was fine. Both pieces could use a deep cleaning.

It was just me staying here - the house was nicely furnished with quality sheets and bedding- the owner was quick to respond - would stay here again - would be a great house for groups.

Birding in Arizona

We are 2 friends who enjoy birding and met in Scottsdale to explore and look for new birds. One of us lives in Seattle, the other in Virginia. We had a great visit, in part due to this VRBO. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed, although we didn’t cook, we ate out, so I cannot report on the overall cooking supplies. The house had plenty of room, we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The host was readily available by text when we arrived and departed, we didn’t need anything during our stay, so those were the only time we contacted him. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, and overall a really good experience. We would stay there again.

Great house, great location.

Very nice ranch style house with pool table and fenced back yard. Very clean and close to Old Town Scottsdale. Nice to sit on back patio. Neighborhood was safe. Trevor was very helpful.
