Come and relax at our Lake Windermere getaway. This home is perfect for two families looking for some rest and relaxation or a get together with friends to catch up. Our place is nestled in the Hideaways...only steps away from the PRIVATE ACCESS Lake Windermere Beach. This is the perfect place to call home on your vacation as you explore the Columbia Valley.

Rocky Mountain Hideaways has the best of both worlds....privacy plus all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation getaway.

This is a 1,600 square foot home that is only a 5 to 7-minute walk to a PRIVATE BEACH and lake access at Lake Windermere. The private beach is a 1/4 mile long and has picnic tables to be used at your leisure. Our home is surrounded by natural habitat and there are 2 basketball courts, pickle ball court, and a playground only steps away from the house. You will be surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. This home is fully equipped with high speed Wifi, AC, heat, and a fireplace.

Kitchen
This home has a fully equipped kitchen (propane BBQ, coffee machine, coffee grinder, soda stream, toaster, ninja air fryer, rice cooker, oven, microwave, ice maker, filtered water, grilling tongs, wine opener, full set of knives, kids dishes, wok, all pots, pans, and utensils). There is coffee and tea for you to enjoy. We also keep it stocked with basic condiments and spices.

Main Floor
Floor to ceiling windows which let in all the natural light you could wish for. Start the Jotul fireplace and enjoy a beverage as you stream your favorite movie on the 58" smart-enabled TV.

There is a master bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. The bathroom is to die for with an amazing shower (two shower heads). Enjoy a spa-like shower after a long day at the beach!

Lower Level
The Lower level has 2 full-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with all the extra linens, towels, and pillows that you will need. The comfy sectional is also a pullout for those late movie nights. There is a 58" smart-enabled TV in the family room; however, if TV is not your jam, maybe a little competition on the air hockey table or one of our many board games is a better fit. There is also tons of books, puzzles, toys, and a lego table for the little ones as well.

Laundry
There is a brand new washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets are provided.

Outdoor
Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the front patio and enjoy the mountain views. There is also a patio table that seats up to 8 in the back deck perfect for those family BBQ dinners.

Location
This home is only 7 minutes away from downtown Invermere, 15 minutes away from Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont, and 25 minutes away from Panorama Ski Resort.

There are 8 golf courses accessible within a 20 minute drive from the house. The most convenient ones are The Point (Copper Point) and The Ridge (Copper Point), both being a short 5-minute drive away.

Check-In/Check-Out
Guests will be provided with a keypad code prior to their stay to complete self check-in.
This home is cleaned by professional cleaners and extra care and time is taken to ensure that all surfaces are disinfected between each reservation.

-This rental is for families only.
-No parties, events, and group bookings allowed.
-There is only parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Wonderful Stay in Invermere

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We skied at panorama and it was great to be able to come back to a spacious clean place. Communication with owners was very clear and easy to understand. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a great stay at this cozy, family friendly home. It was well appointed with lots of towels, toys for the beach, and basic kitchen appliances and utensils. A great propane fire pit, and close to the lake. I wouldn’t call it walking distance, as the walk to the beach is close to 10 mins down a steep path, but it’s only a quick drive to the private beach. It was a perfect size for our group of 6. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries or questions we had, we would definitely return for another stay!

We had a great experience at this property. It was fully stocked and very clean. We have two adults and six kids and there was room for all of us. The house has lots of games and toys for the kids to play with and we were within walking distance to a nice beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home!

I’d stay again in a heart beat and we were all sad to go home. We have three kids (11 months, 3 and 5) and really appreciated the toys and books and kids dishes. The house was really clean and I liked the high end finishes and the appliances. One piece of advice I’d give to families with small children is don’t be afraid of the stairs to the beach. I wasn’t sure how I was going to get allllll our stuff down there, (baby, tent, toys, diaper bag, etc.) but there is actually a parking lot immediately above the beach! Skip the stairs altogether and drive a couple blocks over to the beach. My kiddos also had fun at the playground down the street and were excited to find a basketball in the garage for the court. We had so much fun. Thanks again!

Lovely vacation home.

6 adults were comfortable in this property. The home is new, bright, and spacious. The oversized bunks in one of the bedrooms were comfortable for one couple. We prepared most meals at the home and the kitchen easily met all our needs. Communication with the hosts is fabulous. They are most interested in meeting the needs of their guests. I gave the cleanliness a 3 star as the BBQ was rusted after being left open, uncovered, and uncleaned. As well, there were issues with hair left on towels, a shower curtain, and floors from other guests. I explained this to the hosts and they stated that they will speak to their housekeeping service. I would not hesitate to vacation in this home again because of the commitment of the hosts to provide a wonderful experience for guests.

Lovely stay in Windermere

What a great vacation we had! The home was super well-equipped, comfy beds and loved the layout. We drove the 2 minutes down to the beach because we have little ones, and had tons of fun mucking around in the lake! We’ll hopefully be back! Thank you :)

Great place, great experience!

This property worked out perfect for us. The community amenities such as the playground, sporting courts and private beach were all used everyday by the kids in our group and kept them entertained. On the rare rainy day, their were plenty of board games, toys and the smart TVs to keep them happy. The residence was better equipped than most other places we’ve stayed at and the owners were extremely helpful. If we go back to the area, we will definitely try to book again.

Amazing family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Patryk is an amazing host. The layout was perfect for our big group with toddlers and babies. We really loved the big beach. It was a crazy hot week and we managed to find lots of shade while still enjoying the water and playground.

Great family place!

Refreshing trip to the mountains

Great time spent with family in this beautiful modern mountain holiday retreat. Close proximity to walking trails, lake, ski resorts and hot pools. Superbly decorated and it had everything we could have ever needed. This is a home away from home and we can’t wait to return! Thanks for having us
