Quiet and serene, this beautiful one bedroom apartment is fully updated with all the comforts of home. Open concept kitchen, modern furniture, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the garden and partial water view. Comfortable and spacious. Two beds in the bedroom. Private WIFI. Stairs required. Two month or more rental required to include the month of February.
Two pools, gym, beach, BBQ, game rooms, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi with onsite management. The perfect place to spend your vacation! MM88.5, Islamorada. Summer Sea is a residential condominium with a family atmosphere. A beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch. Islamorada calls itself the fishing capital of the world, with diving, eating and fabulous weather. Florida lease, application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable.
