Welcome to our Desert Retreat. Relax and rejuvenate in this four-bedroom, two-bath home with lots of space to enjoy your stay. We know you'll love the peace and quiet in this neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Relax by the private pool and make memories with friends and family. There is plenty of space for extended family vacations, comfortably sleeps eight with four bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has a king-size bed, double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the final bedroom is set up with a twin over full bunk bed. The second bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the clean and newly remodeled interior, along with a patio and pool for outdoor living. There is a large open-concept kitchen and dining room, as well as a large great room with OLED television and stereo sound system and plenty of seating for the whole family. The location of this property offers something for everyone. The Tramonto Neighborhood offers easy access to the I-17 freeway, Carefree Highway, and the 101. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance or only a short drive away. There is a covered patio, table, and chairs for outdoor dining, along with a new gas grill and a gas firepit. There are lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool, a picnic table and chairs, along with plenty of outside seating for visiting with family and friends. Welcome to your next vacation home! The house is visually very inviting. The layout is spacious, with comfortable furniture plus it’s got higher end finishes. Large kitchen and family/living room made it great to enjoy time as a group. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The home was very well maintained and clean, no bugs, however sitting outside enjoying the nice patio we did get bit a lot by biting flies, couldn’t tell what they were. An outdoor bug zapper is needed.

The house was exactly what we wanted and in the proper place. Very clean and roomy. Only thing is I wish it had in home products such as bar soap, coffee filters, etc.

This was the perfect house (location, size, layout) for our family. It had everything we needed, including the amenities, space and equipment. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and backyard were a great retreat for us and the kids. The owners were very responsive anytime we had a need. They are located very close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, if it wasn’t so hot you could walk to most places. I highly recommend this place for someone looking for a home away from home when visiting the north valley in Phoenix.

Beautiful property close to the lake

What a great rental! House is immaculate and has everything you could need. Wonderful private pool space. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Near the lake and anything else you might want or need. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay and the accommodations could not have been better. Great hosts with clear communication. Stayed here for a family wedding in Black Canyon and the location was perfect for groceries, restaurants and retail.

The house was perfect for our pre-Christmas vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nicely decorated for the holidays. The location is great, close to the park, stores and I-17.The house itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It has a very nice backyard with a pool area and patio area. The pool is not heated so we were unable to use it but it’s still nice to look at.A full two car garage to use is an added benefit. We definitely recommend this property for families and the elderly because there are no stairs and does have four nice bedrooms.My only issue was with the type of bed mattress. They are the foam type and very hard. Many may like that type, I’m just used to a softer one. Perhaps having a pillow top cushion available would be a good option.We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Thx

This is a large 2,125 sq. ft. home that was fully renovated with all new appliances, furniture, and painting. landscaping, lighting, etc. The house is close to I-17 and Carefree Hwy in the Tramonto neighborhood. Very quiet subdivision with easy access to highways for shopping, work, or travel to local restaurants, and entertainment. We love the north Phoenix area for its access to the entire Phoenix metro area, the fabulous hiking, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
