Access to the cottage via an outdoor staircase (garden side) or a few steps (street side). Entrance opens into a kitchen/dining room. Separate living room with a sofa bed and TV. One bedroom with a 160-size bed, one bedroom with a 140-size bed, and another bedroom with a 90x190-size bed. Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet with sink. Veranda with a relaxing area featuring a table and chairs. Covered patio on the first floor of the cottage. Reversible air conditioning in the living areas and the bedroom with the 160-bed. Enclosed 1,000 m² property including the cottage: shared indoor pool with a cover and secured by a gate (10x4, depth: 1m20 throughout). Wi-Fi access. Sheets, towels, optional end-of-stay cleaning, heating, electricity, and water are included.
