The small holiday house with air conditioning is a detached guest house in a beautiful garden of a German landlord on the Costa del Sol, between Malaga and Marbella. It enjoys a quiet location, a bit away from the owner's house. From the terrace of the holiday home you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the sea to Gibraltar and in good weather to Africa.

The applied with palms and Mediterranean plants plot has two levels, on the lower is the pool. The German owner lives on the property, however, completely separate. In 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Great stay !

A very pleasant stay in a quiet and nice neighbourhoud. A very friendly and helpfull owner and his wife, who helped and informed us about all practical issues. We had a very nice holiday and enjoyed it very much !

Beautiful location and very kind host

We very much enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Juergen our host was very kind and helpful in every way with recommendations where to go or helping with the shopping. The views from the house are breathtaking. Good public transport to get around.

Views, comfy, friendly

We enjoyed sitting on the patio soaking up the lovely view, with glass of wine to hand. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even lit the bbq for us when friends visited us, and made helpful suggestions where to visit. Bed comfy and a lovely hot shower.

Great holiday!

We had great time at Jurgen's guest house. The house itself is very cosy and clean. Private swimming pool is a bless in hot, Spanish sun. There is many shops and restaurants in short walking distance. Jurgen is great host with very good knowledge about local attractions. We will definitely come back to Jurgen's guest house.

Fabulous view

Everything was perfect, Jürgen was the perfect host very helpful and knowledgeable about the Costa del Sol. The pool was fabulous and the location was great close to restaurants and supermarkets. Jürgen kindly offered to take us to the supermarket on our first day. We did not hire a car everything was in walking distance, we will definitely be returning.

Great Views

Great location, 5 minute walk down to bars and restaurants in Riviera del Sol, another 5 mins to the beach and the boardwalk which goes all the way to Cala de Mijas to the east and the start of the Marbella region to the west. Jurgen was great, very helpful, and informative about the local area, but left you to yourself around the pool, which was lovely and private. Well placed for the bus route to Marbella or Fuengerola.

Beautiful house with pool with incredible view

We had a truly wonderful time at Jurgen’s place. He is the perfect host, checked that everything is OK for us and gave us really good advice about sightseeing in the local area. Everything provided was perfect for us two for a week and we wished we could stay another week! The pool is fantastic and totally private. The house is well equipped and comfortable, and does not get too hot inside. We are really looking forward to returning.

Everything we needed

Jurgen was very helpful in the days leading up to our stay. Sent regular email with useful information. The property was as described with all the equipment needed for our stay. Great location for bars and restaurants easy to access the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely use again

Great location, fantastic private pool and stunning elevated sea views

We had a lovely 11 nights here and Juergen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, always willing to give advice on supermarkets, shops, markets, bars and restaurants! The house was clean if a little dated! The property was advertised as air conditioning included, however, this was not the case and a small charge was payable at the end of our stay. This disappointing aspect was well explained by the owner and it would appear this was a website error on the VRBO site we booked on. All in all a lovely little place to stay, in a great location for a reasonable price 👍

Great chilled holiday

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Firstly the host Jurgen,is a real gentleman and will advise you on best restaurants and places to visit,but more importantly he took us to a local supermarket so we could buy beer and other essentials which saved us walking back with it! The property is very clean,with a good size bedroom with dressing area,shower room and lounge/kitchen,I would class this as an annexe,it is separate to the hosts house. Jurgen keeps himself to himself and is available if you need him for anything. The pool is fantastic and a real feature as it’s so private and the sun is there all day. The great thing about the location of the property is that you don’t need a car.When you come out of the property and turn right it’s a 5 minute walk to a great supermarket and restaurants and a gin bar.However if you turn left it’s a 10 minute walk to more bars, restaurants and the beach. Also next to the entrance to the beach is the bus station where you can catch a bus to La Cala,Furngirola and Marbella,which costs about 3 euro,if you don’t fancy the bus,there is also a taxi rank where there are always taxis available. Can’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back!

Horrible Place to stay

A property that should not be on VRBO.....It needs ALOT of maintenance, inside and out, it's incredibly noisy, and the pool, A. It needs a complete clean ( there was an inch or more of black slime around the top rim of the pool) and overhaul, and B. it is NOT completely private as was said in a review.The tiles around the pool are really really Lethal when wet as we found out to our cost. The bed has two separate old mattresses on it which are in our opinion vwry uncomfortable, with nylon fitted bottom sheets ( in 40 degrees heat) and 2 old single duvet covers..when asked if we could have a double cover we were told a sharp NO! I don't want to go on about the place, we will not be returning so not much point really...suffice to say, we thought it so bad we found somewhere else that was really beautiful and quiet for 5 days..but had to go back to it for another 4. Yes it was cheap. and we booked it because we were not going to be there often as we were house hunting.....BUT.... SO was the other place we rented..but it was looked after, spotless, and cared for, inside and out! For us, it was a really miserable experience. I don't care how cheap a place is...if you are offering a service it should be right. Make your own mind up.

Mussten leider stornieren

Wir mussten unseren Urlaub leider absagen. Ich habe allerdings 2mal mit Jürgen telefoniert. Es war ein äußerst angenehmes Gespräch Jürgen war total bemüht unseren Aufenthalt möglichst gut vorzubereiten. Umso trauriger waren wir dann als wir absagen mussten. Wir werden es nächstes Jahr, wenn es uns möglich ist, nachholen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jürgen. La location conforme au descriptif dispose d'une très belle vue sur la méditerranée, d'un beau jardin et d'une piscine privée. Les commerces et plages sont à 15 minutes à pied. Les principaux sites touristiques (Caminito del Rey, Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga...) sont à distance raisonnable en voiture . Jürgen est très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'indications pour nos visites.

Vue superbe sur la mer

Jürgen est un hôte super! Vraiment disposé à ce que l'on passe de bonnes vacances. Une très belle rencontre. La maison est très bien située, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des bars, petits commerces. La vue depuis la maison est fantastique. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner ou un dîner en surplombant la méditerranée ! Merci Jürgen !

Sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit wertvollen Ausflugstipps

Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, unser Gastgeber hat uns dabei sehr wertvolle Ratschläge gegeben, was wir in der Region alles entdecken können. Einen kleinen Bruchteil davon konnten wir bereits bei unserem kurzen einwöchigen Aufenthalt erleben, ein echtes Stück spanischer Kultur - an solche Informationen kommt man eben nur durch Menschen, die in der Region leben. Nettes, kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben Ende September/Anfang Oktober 22 zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber empfangen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und auch sehr günstig, sowohl das Einkaufen wie auch der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool ist auch eine tolle Alternative, wenn man einen Ruhetag anlegen möchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfreich, von ihm bekommt wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut erholt. Herzlichen Dank
