Thanks to the large party room with more than 130 q.m. and adjacent sun terrace with 115 q.m. it is ideal not only for big family or group meetings, but also as a unique event location.
9 rooms in total:
+ Very large living area nearly 60 q.m (!) with kitchen, dining area, living area and double bed.
+ 2 double bedrooms (one with fireplace)
+ 1 family room with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
+ 1 twin bedroom
+ 1 triple room
+ 1 bedroom with two bunk beds
+ bathroom with tub and toilet
+ bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
+ party room 130 q.m. with fireplace
+ Sun terrace with barbecue
It is a perfect start-place for discover Mannheim, Heidelberg and Karlsruhe and visit Hockenheim Circle, Speyer Cathedral, Holiday Park and Aquadrom.
The house is located in a commercial area with supermarkets and shops with no manufacturing and no noise. Therefore, a lot of privacy and perfect access to the A6 and A61 are available - in 2 minutes you are on the highway.
Although the house is on the 1st floor it is perfectly for the children, since all the rooms are on the same level.
Internet via Wi-Fi is free and available in whole house.
We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request.
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.
One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.
Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)
For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.
