The house is very spacious. The public space is one big room and great to keep everyone involved and engaged. The king bedroom is secluded from the other 2 bedrooms. (It is a little warm for my liking, but my son and grandson loved it.) And the king room is huge. The hall bath is fairly large with a jetted tub; the other 2 baths have showers only. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. There are lots of games in the hall closet. Being right on the river was great for some evening fishing, and being SO close to the Little Red River Trout Dock was perfect. We did a guided fishing trip with my 3 yr old grand; the guide, Logan (who's a father of 5), was so sweet with my grandson. It was a great first experience with fishing.

Our perfect get away

With 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6 & 7, there was plenty of space and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time on the river. We loved having the dock right in the yard. The weather was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect home away from home. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Great family time

This property is as listed. We loved the open floor plan. Fishing was good right off the dock as was the fire pit area. Next time we will bring our corn hole boards there was plenty of room to set them up. The owners were very easy to work with. We will certainly be back.

Family Reunion Bliss

We have family in Arkansas, Illinois and Washington. This house allowed us to gather together in comfort and have many meals together. We recently lost our father back in December, so it was glorious to be together finally. Thank you for all the little details within the listing, answering any random questions and providing the perfect place to relax and fellowship. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We'll be staying here again if it's available.

It was ok but not great...we had no laudry room and this posed a huge problem and added expense causing us yo seek out a nasty maundry mat instead ....we absolutely woulnt had rented it if we knw that...all the other places we have rented had a place to do laundry ..also the walkway and dock were suoer sketchy and dangerous ...we wont be returning ever!!! Alll in all low quality place

Hi Morgan, We are saddened to hear you were not fully satisfied with your stay. We understand not having a washer and dryer can be an inconvenience at times. I definitely recommend checking the amenities when looking to book. We are always available for any questions when booking as well. Our dock was newly installed a few months ago, if you could message us with your specific concerns we would greatly appreciate it. Our guests satisfaction is always priority.
