Semi-detached cottage with the owners Ground floor: - Semi-open kitchen on the living room / lounge with all the necessary equipment (fridge, microwave, induction hob, espresso grinder coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor), - Living room / lounge with dining table, lounge area and access to the garden, - Master suite with private bathroom equipped with a 160x200cm bed and a large walk-in shower, - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, - Separate WC with washbasin. 1st floor: - large landing with a relaxation area composed of 2 armchairs and a coffee table, office space with an electrical outlet and an internet outlet next to it, - Bedroom with 2 twin single beds (80X190cm), - Shower room with WC, sink and a large shower. Exterior: - north facing front garden and back garden shared with the owner with landscaped areas, - exterior building for storing bicycles, - private parking. Let yourself be seduced by this elegant and comfortable cottage, designed to accommodate up to four people. Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, it offers a peaceful and green setting, perfect for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Just 20 minutes away, discover Veules-les-Roses, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. This charming seaside resort invites you to stroll along the smallest river in France. A little further, 40 minutes away, the city of Rouen awaits you. Nicknamed "the city of a hundred bell towers", it will amaze you with its medieval streets, its imposing cathedral and its famous Gros-Horloge. Your stay will also be an opportunity to explore the Terres de Lin, located just 10 minutes from the cottage. There you will discover the secrets of the production and transformation of this natural fiber, emblematic of the region.
