Ground floor: -Entrance -Large living room/lounge and fitted kitchen (filter and pod coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, 2 fridges) with flat screen TV, board games and books, -Annex lounge with TV and a sofa bed, -Separate WC with washbasin, washing machine and dryer, 1st floor: -Bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (2 beds 90X200cm) -Dormitory room for 4 people with 1 single bunk bed and 2 single beds (4 beds 190X200cm) access to a bathroom with corner shower. --Room for 2 people with 2 single beds (2 beds in 90X200cm) --Dormitory room for 4 people with 1 single bunk bed and 2 single beds (4 beds in 190X200cm) -Independent bathroom with corner shower and WC Basement access through the living room: -Large games room with table football, billiards and board games. Exterior: -Large courtyard with barbecue, large outdoor table and a giant chess game. No private parking space.
