This fully remodeled, family friendly and tastefully furnished home is the PERFECT vacation rental. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bath spacious rental with an open floor plan that offers roughly 2,100 sq feet. Every bedroom is equipped with LED Smart TV's, comfortable mattresses with elegant bedding. It's the perfect entertainment pad with Ping-Pong in the living room, an 85' inch LED TV in the family room, a top-of-the-line hot tub & private pool in a fully enclosed backyard.

POOL + HOT TUB + PING PONG

This newly remodeled and tastefully furnished home is the PERFECT rental property. It sits just north of Chaparral Road off of 86th Street & Pecos Lane located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2,100 square foot rental property is perfect for hosting guests, entertaining friends or reuniting with loved ones. The black, white, gray and caramel accents throughout offer the perfect touch offering a hybrid motif between contemporary meets modern.

Help yourself to a friendly competitive game of Ping-Pong in the living room all while watching live-streaming sporting events on the 85' inch LED Smart TV. Take a load off and relax out back in the fully enclosed private backyard equipped with a year-round heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and natural gas BBQ grill. The cafe lights strung up all along the perimeter sets the perfect ambiance when looking to unwind underneath the dimly lit pergola.

Inside the house features an open style floor plan with a great room consisting of a kitchen, dining area, family room and gaming corner (Ping-Pong). This home is furnished with 2 Master Bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house along with 2 guest bedrooms equipped with a set of Full & Twin bunk beds. Guest will have complete access to the in-unit washer & dryer located at the entrance of the main hallway along with the attached 2-car parking garage.

This home is all yours. All guests and vacationers will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located at the end of the bedroom hallway.

Your rental property is centrally located roughly 3 blocks due west just off of the Loop 101 & Chaparral Road. You are roughly a 5 minute Uber ride to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort and much much more.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests.

* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank for use of the Fire Pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
 
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Scottsdale PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry. 
 
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food. 
 
* Take out the trash prior to your departure. The trash can is located directly behind the pool pump area in the backyard on the West side of the home. All RECYCLABLE ITEMS can be disposed of in the REDISH-BROWNISH can located next to the black trash can. 
 
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
 
* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio ONLY). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
 
* Be mindful and careful of other people's property. 
 
* * * Please Note: This rental property is guarded by NEST Security Camera. There are 2 security cameras located in the backyard facing both the west & east back patio gates for security purposes only. Theses cameras are motion activated and will record both video and audio.

POOL & HOT TUB DISCLAIMER:
* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.

Great house

Was the perfect house for our trip to scottsdale. We knew we would be staying at the house for a good portion of the trip so we wanted something spacious and comfortable and the pool was absolutely awesome.

Can't wait for our next stay

We had a wonderful time at this home that is 100% as good as it looks in the pictures. Gorgeous décor, sparkling pool, comfy furniture, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We loved having garage parking, a professional fridge with icemaker and filtered water, and a beautiful back yard with lots of space to relax. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

"Primarily White Neighborhood"

The house was lovely. However, on our last day we noticed the property was advertised as a "primarily white" neighborhood, which made my "non-white" husband feel unwelcomed. I emailed the property manager expressing our shock and offense by this but heard nothing back. Some of the "white" neighbors' yards looked like junkyards

Now, a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. I moved down to Arizona when I was 18 back in Fall of 2000 to attend Arizona State University. I am the second youngest of five boys that grew up in a strong Italian household. My family is my rock and my brothers mean everything to me. I am attached at the hip to my beautiful partner Sage Honga of 8 years and counting - and as of recently we have the most beautiful daughter who was born on June 3rd, 2020 right here in Scottsdale. Arizona is now home to me and my family and I look forward to expanding my business down here in the southwest.
