And when I want ambiance There is always music and funny thing to do all around in Le Brusc, la Coudouliere, in Sanary or Bandol very near (3 km).
It is for me the best living place to be!

The unique real terrace but never windy because very good orientation.
Even in January Witch the sun you can let the windows open.
And in summer never too hot because you have a very large blind ( shade) always with the soft sea breeze. And if you need you have a strong air conditioner.
