Nestled along the pristine waters of Kennebunk Pond, this cozy all-season cottage is the perfect getaway for guests of all ages. Thoughtfully designed to be your home away from home, it invites you to kick back, relax, and make the most of your time away. Guests have access to the main house, with the exception of the basement and garage.

The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, a guest room with another queen bed, and a second guest room offering two full beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices, and more.

You'll enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, peaceful setting that’s still conveniently close to everyday amenities. The charming seaside towns of Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Portland are all just a short 30-minute drive away, making day trips and dining out a breeze.

Whether you’re here to enjoy water activities, take in the foliage, or simply listen to the serene call of loons across the lake, there’s something for everyone. The 224-acre, spring-fed pond is stocked by the state and ideal for fishing and paddling. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe are available for your use. You're also welcome to bring your bikes and explore the quiet, scenic roads around the pond. If you have your own motorboat, a public boat launch across the pond allows you access to the water and you can then tie up right at the property’s dock.

Perfect for summer swims, fall retreats, or cozy winter getaways, unforgettable memories await at this inviting pondside cottage!
