Located on the 3rd floor of a historic building without an elevator, this 35 m² apartment is designed for your comfort:
- Entrance: a small hallway distributing all rooms
- Living Room: a bright and welcoming space with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining/work area
- Kitchen: open and modern, equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils (no microwave)
- Bedroom: a cozy retreat featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm)
- Bathroom: modern shower room with an integrated WC
- Additional WC: a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience
The apartment has reversible air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring comfort in all seasons.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: around 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes Train Station: about 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
