Maison 226, Billie Holiday Suite

An apartment located in the newly renovated Maison 226, the Billie Holiday Suite features a quiet master bedroom, an open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue.

The apartment also has a bonus bedroom off of the living room with a bunk-bed. The bed and door are made from boards taken from the historic Knickerbocker Hotel next door, which was built in 1890.

This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning architecture Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.

You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!

The master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, provides a view of the colorful and historic "Ladies of the Court" houses.

The sofa has a pull-out bed, so that the apartment sleeps up to six people comfortably. There is one full bathroom.

The apartment is located on the second floor of Maison 226. Because this is a historic building, there is no elevator, and the floor is not handicap accessible.

Beautiful condo

Well-decorated, spacious, clean condo, easy walk to Bathhouse Row, and convenient street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location

We took a quick trip to Hot Springs and this apartment is in a perfect location. Everything in the downtown is in walking distance. Whether shopping, hiking, or dining it’s right there. Only place we actually needed to drive to was the horse races only 8 min away by car.

Perfect place for a family! Close walking distance to bath houses, shopping, great food, and coffee shops! Our place was very clean and spacious! Comfortable beds and living area! We would definitely stay here again! 5 Stars!

Long Weekend

This is a great spot for a long weekend. We got to really enjoy Central Ave due to this VRBO. We loved walking places. It’s also spaces enough for a family of 5. The charming building added to Cities vibe, designed and decorated very well.

Great home base for your stay in Hot Springs

This property was a perfect location to walk to local attractions and restaurants while staying in a larger condo with your family. The amenities were perfect - coffee and tea station with pods, bathroom with crisp white towels and black makeup washcloths, and clean white linens with throws to help adjust temperature for each guest. Parking is easy on-street in the morning and evening. The jazz themed entry and suites were much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Location location location

We chose this property for it's proximity to the convention center and the downtown tourist area. It was perfect. We walked just about everywhere. We had 3 adults and two teens. The property was beautiful and historic. Great communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay in every way.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Great little apartment, but have to say the bunk room was a little space of paradise! Great little nook for reading and relaxing for my elderly mother.She got around without the need of an elevator with ease.Would love to rent the entire building next time I come back with the whole family :) Awesome place and area...even with the tornado sirens and wild weather we had.

Great location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was an easy walk to the bathhouses, brewery, shops, and restaurants. We found the property extremely clean, comfortable, and remarkably child friendly. Shortly after checkin, house keeping dropped off a baby tub as the property only has a shower. We will definitely stay here again on a trip to Hot Springs!

Wonderful time in Hot Springs!

This property has undergone an amazing renovation. It was the perfect jumping off point in Hot Springs. Just a short walk into town to hiking trails and restaurants. The property is very nicely appointed with everything you’ll need. The hosts were wonderful. My girls loved the bunk room (made with reclaimed wood from the property next door!). This was a great spot for our family of 5 and we’d love to stay again.

Perfect in Hot Springs

The Billie Holiday suite is the perfect place to stay in Hot Springs. Enough room to sleep 6, the 3 of us were extremely comfortable!! A large living room and good size kitchen made us feel at home. I even told my wife that once our kids are grown, we should build something comparable to live in!! The owners were quick to respond via text for a couple of questions, and even gave us a late checkout since no one was renting it the day we left!! We will definitely be back any time we come to Hot Springs!!

A perfect spot

We loved this special apartment! What a beautiful building, lobby and individual condo. It was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. The location was perfect! It was one block off the Main Street. We enjoyed walking and hiking all around the area from our central location. I also appreciated the bedside book about 100 things to do in hot springs. It was very informative and interesting to read! Thank you for letting us stay in your warm and inviting place. I will share with friends that are venturing to Hot Springs!

The building and room were decorated cute. Felt like New Orleans. The area seems like it’s an area that has been run down but potentially being fixed back up. Lots of boarded houses and buildings around the property. However, the property is conveniently located to the strip so that’s a big plus. A/c was set to have the fan running non stop which was drawling the humid air in constant and had the place so humid. The humidity level inside was 84% that’s crazy, so I had to adjust it. Door lock keys are sticky as in gets stuck. Lost internet all day one of our days there. Management company had it back up and working by evening time though. Overall the stay was good. Would consider the property again.

Charming & Comfy spot in Hot Spring

We (my husband & our 16yo daughter) loved our time here. The home itself is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the coffee station was stocked with coffee keurig pods & tea. Entrance, communication & parking was all great. The location was what we were hoping for....about 2 blocks off bathhouse row. We walked to dinner and shopping and only drove to attend mass on Sunday and out to Garven Gardens the next day - a must stop! Delucca's meets the hype - **closed 3 days of the week (m-w) and calling ahead to reserve your dough a day or two in advance is a must. Enjoy beer flight at Superior Bathhouse Brewery on their outside patio (no waiting if not ordering food). We had massages at Quapaw - I'd rec looking elsewhere - very nice staff -but it's an old school bathhouse -not a luxurious spot if that's what you're looking for. Do not hesitate to book this suite - location, comfort and beautifully furnished!

Awesome condo experience

Great location. Plenty of on-street parking right in front of the building. Located a short 1 minute walk from the main drag containing lots of shops, attractions, and restaurants. Condo itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Loved that both main door to building and condo door were keyless entry that self-locked once you were inside. Access to free washer and dryer was a plus.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay & can’t wait to go back. The property is beautiful & a block away from downtown. We enjoyed walking to restaurants & shops & sipping morning coffee on the balcony. Beds were very comfortable, the property was clean & had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Elegant & comfy Air B & B

I cannot imagine a delightful stay😁. The rooms are beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious. Plenty of room the 3 of us. We rented the room with the barn door/bunk beds and it was perfect for my teenage son (Billie Holiday Room). Loved the balcony. Took my book out to the patio & enjoyed a good read. The location is convenient to downtown shops, restaurants, tours, bathhouses & anything else fun in Hot Springs. Loved it and we will be back. Thanks Sonya & Ike for a wonderful vacation stay.
