The Space:

Enjoy the panoramic views at "Summit View Villa" - a 4br/3ba authentic log cabin overlooking Leconte Mountain.

With a master king suite on each of the top two floors, a theatre + game room, + kids double bunks on the bottom floor - lots of space to spread out and ideal for larger family gatherings.

Spend your time relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the view.

MAIN LEVEL: features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings and a warm and cozy gas fireplace. Also on this level is a spacious bedroom with a private deck as well as a full bath and laundry facilities. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

UPPER LEVEL: features the Master Suite, with additional space for extra sleeping and/or sitting, a full private bath and a private deck with fabulous views of Mt. LeConte!

LOWER LEVEL: features a fun bunk room that comfortably sleeps four and an additional private bedroom with an adjoining full bath. Each bedroom offers new large screen smart TV's and beds with new mattresses.
The lower level also offers an all new Home Theater and game room. The home theater offers comfortable cinema seating and a futon. The game room features a brand new 12' shuffleboard table and a 60 game multi-cade arcade game!

All TV's have a full range of channels and the ability to stream your favorite movies and shows.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was conveniently located to everything, kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need, and all the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our family vacation and we will definitely be back!

Awesome Cabin 🎉🎉

Our family enjoyed our stay @ this beautiful cabin. The owners were very helpful when needed. The area was beautiful and even though we were near other cabins we felt secluded! Also, the location was close enough to the towns! We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cabin and definitely would stay again.

Great Familiy Get-away Spot

Cabin is very clean and only a short drive away from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park. It has a stunning view from the 3rd story deck. Kitchen was well supplied with tools. Movie room with the arcade was a hit with the kids. Hot tub and propane fire pit were great features as well. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Place!

I was the senior class sponsor of a small group of students (5 total) who stayed here for their senior trip after high school graduation. The place is absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The seniors really enjoyed the theater room, arcade game, and hot tub. In fact, several times while we were in town for activities, they would ask to go back to the house to just hang out. It was hard to get them to leave! The communication was great! They messaged us a couple of times before we arrived with important information about check in and also after we arrived to see if we needed anything else. Check out was easy! Finding the house isn't difficult if you follow the directions they send you. The road to the house itself is very steep, but they inform you of that in the description online and in the messages they send after you book. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking this house again!

Great getaway!

My friends and I booked this cabin for a spring break trip with our kiddos to Dollywood, and it did not disappoint! The space was very clean and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children comfortably. We enjoyed the amazing view from all 3 balconies. The hosts were very attentive and checked in frequently - even though we didn’t have any issues to reach out about; they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. The road to the cabin is a little steep, but you get used to it after a while. Perfect distance to visit the area and not be immersed in the touristy area. Super easy drive to Dollywood and other surrounding attractions. We will definitely be back!

Christmas in the Mountains

First, many thanks to our hosts. They were fantastic - 5+ stars. Promptly answered all our questions, quickly responded to any needs we had, and regularly checked on us to make sure things were going "perfectly." Our family planned this trip as a Christmas in the Mountains break. To our surprise, there was a Christmas tree in the cabin and stockings hung over the fireplace - nice touch! This is a beautiful property with spectacular views. Other reviews are accurate...the driveway up to the cabin is very steep and winding...but doable and worth it. Had there been snow or ice, I would have been concerned. The location is excellent...convenient to Seviervile, Pigeon Forge, Galtinburg, and the National Park. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

Stay review

The property was absolutely beautiful! The updated decor was stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids loved the theater room and hot tub (so did the adults)! The only suggestion I would make is to add an additional barrier behind the fence (facing the house, to the right side). The drop was extremely steep and only a few steps away from the door, which made it very dangerous for the little ones to play outside.

Great Views

Make sure to find the cabin on the map sign when you enter, the cabins are not numbered sequentially. Great location, near everything. Use caution the roads are narrow, and steep. Parking is an issue, very narrow. The grill is wood or charcoal. I had difficulty finding the cabin, Josh got back with me quickly. We were locked out one night, the code changed for some reason. Again, Josh called me back after I left a message. The cabin is nice, lots of kitchen utensils, and updated appliances. The furniture could use updating, but is comfy, the game room, and theater is a nice touch. No soap in the bathrooms, and limited towels. Overall, it was a good stay, the views from the third floor are spectacular.

Mountaintop

The cabin was very nice. The views were gorgeous. We would have loved to have had an electric can opener, but the manual one worked fine for what we needed it for. Whenever we had a question/concern, the owners were quick to respond. We will definitely rent from them again!

Ideal spot for family vacation

I have been to the Smokey Mountains several times and stayed at a number of different places; this spot ranks high for a number of reasons including view, excellent host, and location to attractions. The host went out of his way to remedy some issues that arose which were out of his control. Would highly recommended. Price is very reasonable for these accommodations.

Delightful stay

Once the intimidation of the hill on which the property sits is conquered, the property is nice. The view of the Smokies from the back deck is beautiful. Communication with owners was immediately answered. Would recommend.

Perfect Cabin for the Family

This cabin was great, very clean and well organized. The kitchen had what was needed to make meals for the family. The bunk bed room was great and the kids enjoyed the theatre room too. Balcony views were great as well. We found it convenient to everything in the area, only like 10-15 minutes from our activities during the trip. Communications with the owners were great too.

Summit view cabin

The cabin was beautiful and stocked with essentials. Theater room was better than expected. Josh and Carrie were really easy to communicate with and get along with. Any issues were handled promptly and professionally. The view’s especially off the third floor balcony were amazing to see over the mountains. Highly recommend staying there with them. Would love to do it again in the future.

Very nice for large families

We stayed here with our kids and our friends with their kids. We were all comfortable and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after walking around all day. Very nice owners and they checked in on us through email often to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend to anyone with lots of kids or two families combined.

Wonderful stay

Our family and friends (3 families total) enjoyed a wonderful few days at this beautiful cabin. The kids absolutely loved the movie theater/game room and bunk room. And the view was stunning. We were so appreciative that what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The location was also great and was an easy drive to both the national park and Dollywood.

Stunning views

We booked this home for a short family vacation and left very pleased! The home was big and the views were amazing,we did not want to leave!!The home was fully stocked with everything we needed from dishes to plenty of towels! Owners were great at communicating with us as well!We loved that they even had a high chair for my toddler! We will definitely be back just know the ride up there can be steep! Pigeon forge was very near and the drive the gatlinburg also seemed short to us we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
