Free outdoor parking in front of the residence.Apartment 2 rooms for 4 people of about 24 m2, facing south/west with terrace, on the ground floor; in very good condition.Kitchen area open on living room: 4 induction hobs, small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster and kettle.Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140), flat screen TV.Bedroom (sliding door): 1 bed 2 persons (140).Bathroom with shower and toilet included.ANIMALS NOT ADMITTED.The price of the rental includes the end-of-stay cleaning SAFT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must however be made in a decent condition, the dishwasher emptied, the bins out and the bedding folded and rowed.Bed linen rental: double bed or single bed: 19 euros, toilet kit: 10 euros.Box rental WIFI: 39 euros/week or 7 euros/day.
