この家は2015年に開設され、3つだけの高級住宅があるゲートコミュニティに位置しています。 家から直接砂に足を踏み入れることができ、リラクゼーションとビーチを楽しむためのスペースを提供します。最高級のビーチハウスで快適に過ごせます。
Savaneta 182Gには、6つのベッドルームと5つのバスルームがあります。 ダイニングエリアに統合された大きなキッチンと、カリブ海を見渡すインフィニティプールの正面にあるテラスがあります。

2階には、プライベートバスとウォークインクローゼットのあるビーチを見渡す2番目のマスターベッドルームがあります。
また、2階には2つのオーシャンフロントベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用テラスとバスルームがあります。 この2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれ、入り口に小さなベッドルームがあり、二段ベッドがあり、子供に最適です。 この2つの2段ベッドルームには、部分的にオーシャンビューがあり、バスルームは大きなベッドルームと共有しています。
1階には、リビングルーム、ダイニング、調理エリア、バスルームがあります。 洗濯機と乾燥機のあるランドリールームがあります。
インフィニティプールのテラスには日陰のあるエリアがあり、ドリンクを楽しんだり海を眺めたりしながら座るステップがあります。 プールは温水ではなく、カリブ海の太陽が素晴らしい仕事をしています!!

I am a repeating guest, and every time I'm there it gets better. The house is magical, the beach is a dream and the owners are great and super attentive. Every detail is perfect, the house is clean and lovely, the view is stunning but nothing beats having your own private access to a calm relaxing beach.For me staying here is a 10 out of 10. You get the amazing island experience while having all the comforts of a luxury stay. Highly recommended

Our stay in Aruba was absolutely paradise from start to finish. The house was stunning, and every single bedroom had breathtaking views that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The living area was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 12 — we never once felt cramped or crowded. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was everything we hoped for and more, and having direct beach access made the experience even more special. Between the beautiful ocean views, the relaxing atmosphere, and the thoughtful layout of the home, this truly felt like a luxury escape. We made unforgettable memories here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Aruba getaway. We already can’t wait to come back!

The property was nice being so close to the ocean and with a pool. The home needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not kids friendly. The steps could be very dangerous for small children. They had nothing to protect someone from falling from an opening in the stairways. A good spring cleaning, fresh paint, new caulking, the floors need a good cleaning. The “house keeper” comes everyday and does very very lite pick up/ cleaning. We cleaned more than her. They need an area close to the pool to wash off after getting out of the ocean. I found a bucket and we used that to wash the sand off of us. The beach area is super shallow and a lot of seaweed on the floor of the ocean. Wasn’t the greatest for swimming or snorkeling. For the price of the property we paid 15,000 for 6 nights. Definitely overpriced for the beach and condition of the home. Expected a better kept home and beach area. We love Aruba but wouldn’t rent this place again. We’ve stayed in other places for cheaper.

Regarding the stairway, it is an intentional architectural feature of the home, clearly shown in our listing photos, and fully complies with all applicable local building and safety regulations. The home has welcomed many families over the years, and while we always encourage parents to supervise young children around stairs and pools, as they would at any home with these features, the stairway itself meets all required safety standards. We would also like to clarify that the beach is one of the property's greatest features. It is well known for its clear, warm, calm, and shallow waters, making it one of the most family friendly beaches in Aruba. While small amounts of seaweed may occasionally appear due to natural ocean and weather conditions, these occurrences are typically minimal, temporary, and entirely beyond anyone's control. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

The house is in a quiet location and a rare place to find with a beach in front of it. Our group of 9 enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend.There are no bedrooms on the first level so if you have anyone with mobility issues that should be considered. I rather enjoyed my morning exercise however!
Shallow water in front of the house protected from surf, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

The house is beautiful and the pool overlooking the ocean is amazing! We are here for a family vacation with ages ranging from 10 months to 79 years old and everyone was able to enjoy themselves. The host, property manager and other staff were very helpful and worked well with Barbulet Concierge on getting our house stocked with groceries. As the house is not near the “downtown” restaurant/shop areas, you need a car. I would also highly recommended multiple baby gates if traveling with young children or babies as there is an opening between the first floor and the staircase that a child/baby could easily fall from. Our single gate did not fit across so we had to put chairs in front and be vigilant. Would rent again if we return to Aruba!

Relaxing family getaway

My wife and I took our two boys to this house for 5 days and had an amazing and relaxing time. The house was huge and way more room than we needed but it was amazing. We loved having the beach just steps away from the house and the pool was perfect! You cannot beat sitting by the pool and watching the pelicans on the ocean in the morning.The house was clean, easy to check in, private, everyone was friendly.

60th Birthday Celebration

This home is one of a kind, clean, pool was amazing and beds were comfortable we had a party of 8 for a birthday celebration. Had a private chef from Memories Dinning prepare and birthday dinner for a party of 14 that was absolutely amazingly set up in this home. We got together to celebrate a milestone Birthday and picked the right property. Isabel and team were wonderful to work with and made our time so much better. The house is well-equipped and the 5-King Bedrooms were perfect for our group. We highly recommend staying here!

Incredible Stay with Stunning Beach Views and Private Pool!

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals we have ever experienced. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The private pool was amazing, peaceful and relaxing. The real show stopper was the beach views and sunsets which were truly unforgettable. The host was friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We did not want to leave! Thank you for a truly memorable experience and stay!

Home with a view

Amazing house with tons of room. House sits on its own private little beach with an amazing infinity pool or ocean within steps of walking out back door. If you like privacy with spectacular ocean views and sunsets, this house is a no-brainer.
