CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Absolutely Beautiful

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, stunning, and beautiful! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The condo was super clean and so spacious. The property too was gorgeous and we loved the pools! We definitely plan to return to 402C! Absolutely beautiful!

Updated Modern Condo

We had a great time in this clean modern condo. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this lived up to my expectations! Wonderful view of beach and ocean. We even got to see a marriage proposal one night on the beach! A/c works great and appliances seem new. All things I look for in a condo when I’m on vacation. The pools at SeaChase are awesome!!

On the beach

Exactly as advertised. Nice unit on the 4th floor with perfect view up and down the beach. Very centrally located to everything in the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area.

Gorgeous condo with a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and knew we made the right choice from the minute we opened the door and looked out over the spacious balcony to the beautiful beach and ocean view below. There are multiple pools, hot tubs, and even a splash pad for kids. Beach access is easy with the raised walkway. The condo itself looks to have been recently remodeled, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, and the condo is located in an area convenient to get to restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay - only comes with ONE PARKING PASS

Place was great to stay, great view, clean, safe, spacious and exactly what it looked like online. More up to date feel. THIS PLACE ONLY GIVES YOU 1 parking pass!!!!!!! Can room up to 6 people which doesnt make sense for 1 pass.

Fall Beach Getaway

This was our first time to Orange Beach. We absolutely loved it! One of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. I can be very critical of the cleanliness of rentals but I have nothing to complain about here! The newly remodeled kitchen and baths were beautiful! Super clean with wonderful decor! All of the amenities of home with a gorgeous beach view! We will definitely return!

One of the best condos on the beach.

This property is AWESOME. We checked in on Christmas Eve and checked out on New Year's Day. The perfect height on the fourth floor and everything about the condo was Top Notch. We intend on booking this condo every year. It's not a negative but the only thing I would change is put taller bar stools out on the deck so it would be easier to see the beach. You can't go wrong with this condo.

We love Sea Chase, have stayed there many times. This unit was very nice, lots of new since " Sally". A few small things we didn't care for, living room furniture was not the most comfortable, first place we stayed that didn't have water and ice in door of fridge. Bed sheets had trouble staying on bed. other than that we liked the place, everything worked fine.

Condo had no training or interest in hospitality

First of all, they will send you 40 emails per day between the time you book and your stay—awful. Secondly, they’re not kidding when (in those 40 million emails per day) they constantly remind you that they provide you with nothing, not even hand soap—absurd. Third, you have to do a three point turn to get in and out of the parking lot. With all the drunk folks around the condo, I’m surprised my car didn’t get hit. And the elevator smelled like they sprayed it down with some cheap bath and body works junk—inescapable. But outside of that, for the value, I really should have stayed elsewhere. I stay in a hotel about 200 nights per year, and this was significantly worse than staying in a comparable hotel. But the biggest bummer was that an employee rang the doorbell and required entrance to the condo, without any notice, because he said he needed to check (not change) the air filter. And he acted like we were strange for being hesitant to give him access to the condo. Why not have your employees do this after you require us to leave the property at an insanely early checkout time? The time to check air filters is AFTER we’ve done all the departure prep work that a maid should be doing…aka once we’ve left the premises.

Perfect Get Away!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway, and this condo provided the perfect tranquil backdrop. The condo has been recently renovated and you could tell from the smell of “newness” and the zen-like colors and furnishings. We had everything we needed and more. To say nothing of the amazing view. We had to keep pinching ourselves. The amenities and grounds of Sea Chase condos were immaculate and provided welcome extras (indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, social gatherings, etc) and every staff member we encountered made our day with their genuine friendliness. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Absolutely beautiful!

When we pulled in the guard was friendly and welcoming! Parking was great and the condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated as well as just warm and comfortable like home except for the view from the when Yuit walk in the front door even from the side window and master bedroom doors and window in there! Master bath was enormous and well just perfect! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you needed and more! Definitely will go again! Not for kids though more for 2 couples! Loved!

Property was as indicated in description; newly updated and clean. Hubby and I were very comfortable and pleased with decor. There were no washcloths in second bedroom but fortunately for us the other couple didn’t come. My only suggestion is to maybe add a couple of throws to snuggle under since the temperature dropped during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay…

Loved it!

Loved the condo, the beach right out back, the outdoor pools, the view up and down the beach, and the location. Also appreciated all the communication with the property manager, the check-in/out processes, and how clean the condo was. We hope to return again next year.
