Nice spot, near subway and restaurants. Overall clean. No A/C so in hot summer time it is hot. No dedicated parking, you are on your own to find one and it is not cheap. We enjoyed it overall

Beautiful little studio, tucked away, on the first floor, not a ton of issues. The apartment was nice, definitely get what you pay for. The linens were a bit dirty, and had a smoke smell to them. It was a perfect accommodation minus one major thing: the location. Yes, it is right by the center of the city, but it’s just far enough away that the street the apartment is on is not safe for two young women traveling alone- and I would say ABSOLUTELY NOT for a single woman, or younger women. I’m almost 40 years old, and my friend lives in France, and we were uncomfortable every time we had to leave or return because there was always a group of men crowding the main door of the building the apartment was in, and they were selling drugs right in the doorway! They also were relentless when it came to hitting on us. Very, very uncomfortable. We did not ever leave the apartment alone, except when we had to retrieve the key and drop it off. You have to go to another building down the street to get the key pass for the building. Total headache! You get in late: you’re walking that street either alone, while one stays behind (outside) with all your luggage, while the other goes and gets or drops off the key. The key should be returnable at the property at least. It was a nice stay, and I did feel safe once I was in the apartment, but there is a restaurant right next door, and their back door opens to the courtyard that the apartment shares. Lots of smoking and late night chats.

Following instructions sent to me by the host, I arrived to the hotel where the key was to be picked up. There is no key box as stated, only a receptionist who gives you the key.Well my key was “already picked up by someone else” and I had to wait for the host to respond. They didn’t respond to me so Vrbo support had to call them and find out they had no booking for these dates. Which sounded shady because I had to complete a verification process and received check-in instructions from the host.After obe hour on the phone the host told me to go to the property so the ‘’maintenance guy could let me in”. It was the shadiest experience I ever had renting a property and I didn't feel safe staying there.

Séjour assez décevant malgré une bonne localisation. (les photos sont mieux que la réalité!) D’abord, il faut aller récupérer les clés dans un hôtel à 5–7 minutes à pied, ce qui est franchement peu pratique avec des valises, surtout quand on a pas dormi de la nuit en arrivant par avion! En plus, le code fourni ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas su aider, et ce n’est qu’après un échange par email qu’on nous a dit d’ajouter des zéros… ce qui a finalement marché. Clairement, il y a un problème de coordination. Dans l’appartement, plusieurs éléments posent problème : le robinet de la salle de bain est mal fixé, la porte du placard de la machine à laver est difficile à manipuler, et les plaques de cuisson sont inutilisables sans explications (aucun mode d’emploi, et les instructions données n’ont pas fonctionné). Le lit est un gros point négatif : canapé-lit bruyant et très inconfortable. C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas investir dans une literie correcte. Enfin, le départ est imposé à 10h pile, avec quelqu’un qui vient sonner dès 9h45 — pression inutile. Points positifs : Bonne localisation Équipe assez réactive Appartement assez propre Dans l’ensemble, trop de petits problèmes pour que le séjour soit agréable.
