This popular retreat is nestled on a nice, quiet street and the neighborhood is perfect for riding bikes and taking walks. The location is ideal with a beach access, shopping and dining within walking distance. This cozy cottage also has a fenced-in backyard for your fur babies to enjoy!

Kick back and relax on the deck hammock swing, or enjoy sunning on the upper lookout deck with partial ocean views! The large screened porch with a picnic table is a great place to enjoy family meals in the evening.

Top level: Includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a 3rd bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin/full combo). The primary bedroom has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. There is also a full hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has modern appliances as well as a breakfast bar with 3 barstools and a dining table with seating for 5. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen. The great room has a flat-screen TV/DVD, plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, and access to the main deck! All bedrooms have TVs!

Bottom level: Guests will appreciate the large storage room for beach equipment, a screened porch with a picnic table, an enclosed outside shower, a charcoal grill, and the fenced-in yard which is great for your family dog!

Also included: Wi-Fi Internet access, fish cleaning table, library, TVs in every room, ceiling fans, deck hammock swing, chairs and chaise w/ cushion, dog crate (24 inches), blender.
