You will be charmed by this recent villa offering great comfort, featuring air conditioning in all rooms, spacious and bright areas, as well as 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to meet all your needs.
The garden is a real asset, providing a green space ideal for relaxation and rest.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- An entrance with an desk
- Guest toilets
- A fully equipped open kitchen with terrace access
- A pantry
- A beautiful bright living room with a connected TV
- Bedroom 1: 200x200cm bed. Large wardrobe. connected TV. Terrace access En suite with shower room, sink, Italian shower, and separate toilets
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: 140x200cm bed. Wardrobe. En suite with shower room, sink, and Italian shower.
- Toilets
- Bedroom 3: 180x200cm bed (or 2 beds of 90x200cm). Large wardrobe.
- A shared shower room with bedroom 4 (access from each of the 2 bedrooms) with double Italian shower and double sink.
- Bedroom 4: 160x200cm bed. Large wardrobe.
The garden, a true reflection of harmony and tranquility, invites you to have lunch in the shade of the awning, cool off in the stunning 10x4m pool (heated on request), play pétanque, or simply enjoy the gentle murmur of the nearby stream.

- Concierge service to meet all your requests for additional services or excursion bookings
- Swimming pool heated to 28°C on request, at an additional cost of €220/week. The cover helps to maintain the water temperature to some extent, but this remains dependent on weather conditions.
- Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and pool towels included
- Intermediate cleaning included for any rental of 2 consecutive weeks or more.
- Additional cleaning available upon request for an extra charge.
- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult based on the clssification.
