Very homey place that worked great for a family get together. Easy to get to, good parking and kept well. Appreciate the fans in every bedroom. Will look here first for future trips.

Smallmouth fishing trip

The house was perfect. Perfectly located in Anchor Bay for a may fishing. It is very close to restaurants and the ramps. Only four of us stayed here on this trip but would be comfortable for 6 people. You can very easily park three 21ft bass boats in the driveway. The house was very clean and well kept. If the weather is nice I would feel very comfortable docking my boat in the canal overnight. We will be renting here again.

Summer fishing trip

A group of us, 4 men, spent 4 nights. The home was very convenient and well maintained. The beds were nice and the kitchen is well stocked. A great yard and place to relax. Did have one minor problem but Jessica was quick to resolve it. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Guys fishing trip

We arrived to find refrigerator was not cleaned, with perishable items left in fridge as was as dirt from worms. Towels smelled like fish. The dock has broken boards and the gate to dock does not lock. A dining chair was also broken. The home could be really nice if the cleaner did their

Family/Fishing Trip

Overall we had a great time. The house was very nice and the host was prompt with communication. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming. The festival at the local park was nice and the ice cream shop down the road was a family favorite. My husband and nephew didn’t have much luck fishing this trip but they still caught a few. If you’re backing a trailer onto the property, good luck because it’s a very busy street and it will test your skills. Haha!

Enjoyed the stay

Would have been nice if there were more specifics about the rental. No instructions book which is typical. Did not know if there was an iron there and hair dryer.

Awesome Stay

Our family had a fantastic time at Jessica's place in Anchor Bay. Very clean, plenty of space, and newly renovated. The house was a hit with the whole family, and we'll definitely be staying again in the future.

Exactly what we needed

We could not have shared such a visit in a hotel. 6 adults - we had plenty of room. Well equipped, responsive hosts and right on the canal. We were able to gather for meals and conversations and be a family. It was exactly what we needed. We recommend it and will certainly book again if we're back in this area!
