THIS FABULOUS BEACH HOUSE IS Just steps to the boardwalk and beach. We have an in-ground pool that is heated to 88 degrees at all times, adjustable to your preferred temperature.
There are plenty of lounge chairs, dining tables and chairs, as well as a top of the line Weber stainless steel natural gas BBQ Grill.

12 Beach Badges are also provided for your stay. That’s over $1000 in savings passed on to our guests that can be spent elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE- There will be a $150 fee for each lost Beach badge PAYABLE AT CHECKOUT.

We offer these amenities Unlike most rentals, we also provide bed linens (sheets, blankets & comforters), bath & pool towels, central air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi. You will find many household amenities not found in most rentals. There are washers and dryers on both floors. We have housekeeping after every stay which is included in the price. We like our guests to arrive to a pristine environment and spend all of their time having a great vacation.

There is plenty of off street parking in our 100 foot driveway ( Can fit up to 9 cars ) and 5 parking permits for additional overnight street parking. The house is located 200 feet from the Boardwalk and Beach. The boardwalk has an amusement park, arcades, 3 miniature golf courses, an aquarium, an aerial obstacle course with a zipline and beachfront restaurants with live entertainment all day long. There is also a huge selection of Charter Fishing Boats in Pt. Pleasant Beach, as well as parasailing.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 4 Bedroom Accommodation on the top floor has 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 1 bedroom with no twin bunk beds. There is a full size dining room and a den in addition to the giant living room.

The 3 Bedroom Accommodation on the first floor has 2 Queen Bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two Twin Beds. There are also 2 sitting rooms on the enclosed front porch each has its own A/C Unit. The property has 3 bathrooms with showers, one on each floor and one outside in the backyard by the pool. The bottom floor also has a screened in porch with a small dining and seating area overlooking the pool.There are also Queen Size sofa beds in both Living Rooms.

Great house with a great host. Added accommodations that are uncommon when renting a full house were a really nice to have. My family and I have been coming to Point Pleasant for many years and stayed at a lot of properties, this will be a property we’d like to come back to again.

Great house, super clean

The house was great, it was ver clean. The pool was great spent hours in it through late at night. Very close to the boardwalk and attractions. Lots to do. Not the best beach for swimming but plenty of activities.

Great spot for family reunion

This was our first trip to Pt. Pleasant and the location was perfect. The house was roomy and super clean. CJ is a great host. Unlike other places where we have stayed, he was there for check in, which saved us time by not having to contact him later with questions. The house has many positive features, not least of which is the very clean, very nice pool. Although the beach is 2 blocks away, the grandkids spent more time in the pool. In addition, CJ provides beach towels, badges, and linens, making the stay there very convenient.

Awesome stay in Point Pleasant Beach. Unique home/property in an excellent location…walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Check in with the owner, CJ, a breeze. Was great getting all the insights and info. from him on of the house. Great heated pool. All top notch!

Perfect location

We were a group of 13 celebrating a couple of retirements. CJ was an amazing host. He was so communicative all the up to our trip. When we arrived (and he allowed us in 1 hour early) he was there to greet us. He went over everything and was sure to provide a contact in case we needed anything immediately. He is such a fun energetic guy, we almost asked him to stay our weather was just awful for the first 4 days, but then the sun came out. Even in the bad weather we had SUCH A GREAT TIME!!! The price for this house is appropriate for what we got! One block to live bands and bars that we enjoyed, even in the rain! A short walk to several other live music spots (wharfside patio bar is 1 mile) we will definitely be back!! We had a hibachi guy come one night. Most ridiculous fun ever!

Pool and location are stellar

The heated pool is a big plus, as is the location so close to the beach and boardwalk. However, you are at the mercy of the next door neighbor’s since the houses Are so close together. If they are loud, you will hear them. I felt the property could use some de-cluttering. Whilst some of the decorations and souvenirs are beautiful and interesting, the amount is a bit overwhelming. And the kitchen areas could definitely use some reorganizing ( the first floor kitchen is very small, not a chef’s kitchen as the description reads).. I appreciated having a washer and dryer on both floors. The bedrooms were generally comfortable, although I had to use a stool to get onto the bed in the master bedroom. Televisions could use updating. WiFi is good both up and down and even at the pool area.

We were surprised by your review as it was so at odds with both the many nice things you said to us when you were leaving and your comments in our guest book where you wrote “thank you for sharing your unique home” and that you had “An unforgettable stay for sure!” We appreciate the nice things you said in your review and want to note that we do have, as advertised, a chef’s kitchen upstairs, with a full kitchen downstairs. In our six years here, no other guest has mentioned issues with the renters in neighboring houses, perhaps because our property is among the largest in Point Pleasant Beach, being a full 50 feet wide and 125 feet long. As for reorganizing the two kitchens, we try our best. We start each season with two fully organized kitchens, each with their own sets of dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee pots, etc….. Our guests, in enjoying the house, often take things from floor to floor and our priority during the 5 hours each Saturday between guests leaving and new guests arriving is to spotlessly clean, sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitize our 14 room house, while doing the laundry for 10 beds (13 when sofa beds are used), remaking all of the beds, cleaning and organizing the outdoor furniture and grill. As for our decor, which we inherited from the proud prior owner, it is one of the things we get the most comments on, virtually all positive and all focusing on its uniqueness.

We had an amazing trip and made wonderful memories. We had a variety of ages and everyone was accommodated. The pool was a perfect and the location to the beach couldn't have been closer.

Plenty to do for kids all ages

Our family of 16 had a great time. 8 of which were kids ages 2 to 15. We spent most time in the pool. The beach is a very close walk with daily fees. But was close enough to run home for lunch and return later if you wanted to. Large driveway. Jenkinson boardwalk and rides so close. I strongly recommend going on line to watch for Jenkinson Boardwalk specials in advance. The washer and dryer on each floor was awesome.

Great location

Excellent location and the pool is amazing! Easy walk to the beach and bird walk. Excellent for kids. So nice the owners let you set it to the right temp in the pool for your group. Makes it so fun and comfortable for all!

The Johnson Family reunion.

My family reunion all fifteen of us at Linda & Steve house went great, we haven't seen all of us together in six months because of the virus. Linda and Steve supplied so many odds and ends with the house it turned out to be a big help. The house was very clean and the in ground pool was just great.The house was the right size for us, We all had a great time and we will come back next year. I would recommend everyone to rent their place. It was very nice to meet them . Many thanks Van Johnson

Amazing property and vacation!!

Had the best 5 days ever! The property was amazing, the heated pool was absolutely the best, the home was outstanding. Steps away to the best boardwalk at the jersey shore. The owner was so accommodating, nice and extremely easy to contact. We couldn’t have asked for a better, relaxing, stress free vacation! We will be back! Thank you again

Family reunion Jersey style

Our group of 10 stayed here in early July, coming together from Arizona, upstate NY, and NYC (family reunion). The pro's: The house was clean, a great size, we fit comfortably and had plenty of opportunities to all be together or to have some alone time, whichever we chose. The pool was a terrific amenity - we spent a lot of time out there and we especially enjoyed that it was heated. We particularly loved the swan raft! So much fun on that thing! The location was perfect - a short block to the beach and boardwalk. We could very easily go back and forth with ease. The large driveway was another plus - we didn't really think of it before, but it turned out to be very helpful to hold our cars plus any visitors we had during the week. Finally, the owners were very easy and pleasant to work with - responsive with any questions we had, greeted us when we arrived and stopped by to say goodbye when we left. It was a pleasure working with them. The cons: we were really disappointed to discover beach passes were not included. At $9 per person, per day, it was an added expense we weren't prepared for, and ended up having to really plan out what days we could go to the beach. Our intention was to visit the beach a little each day, but having to pay so much to get a pass each day, we had to really sit down and figure out what days we could go and make a full day of it. The only other very minor cons were the screen door was ripped and so when we wanted to let some fresh air in we had to risk letting flies in too; and there was a roll out awning but the tool to actually roll it out was (we presumed) locked in the garage. There's an awesome shelf in the pool area that would have been great to lay out our food buffet style, but the sun was so hot out there that it really needed the awning to shade it. Two minor inconveniences but notable throughout the week. Overall, a really great property and location, and friendly, professional owners. Rent this house!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and helping us make lasting memories!

We are glad that you and your family had a great vacation, but we are sad that you had even a minor issue. We have striven to provide what our guests want most, while keeping the overall cost surprisingly below what less comparable rentals charge. Our guests generally rent the house for the private heated pool and instead of the expense of guessing how many beach passes to provide, which previously have been hardly used and often lost, we opted for new top of the line lounge and dining furnishings for the pool, a new natural gas grill and of course the heater for the pool, as well as providing Martha Stewart sheets and comforters for all the beds and pool & bath towels, so our guests have less to pack and have more time to enjoy their vacation. They arrive to an immaculate, well appointed house with 10 dressed beds, with a cleaning service provided following the visit so all our guests have to do is get up and leave at the end of their vacation. We were unaware the screen door had a tear as no one reported it to us. We wish you had called or told us while you there. We will not only make sure it is repaired this weekend but will check all the window screens as well. Thank you for letting us know. The awning reacts badly to strong winds and we fear it is more hazard than comfort and provides very little shade on the western facing ledge, we decided instead to supply two extra large sun umbrellas by the pool, with movable stands to place them wherever they are needed. If it is still too hot or sunny, our guests can enjoy meals in the fully enclosed porch overlooking the pool, with its own air conditioner, or the dining room with central air. Clean and comfortable house, pool&great location!

Me and a group of my friends stayed here for a few nights in June. Even before we arrived the owners made sure we had all the info we needed and over email already made us feel extremely welcome in their home. The house was ready right when we arrived and the property manager met us upon our arrival. This was a perfect house for us...it was clean, well kept and comfortable. We were a large group of about 13 so we filled both the upstairs part and downstairs. One plus of two separate floors was the two kitchens. We used both, one for lunch and dinner and one for breakfast cooking. The best part of the vacation was the HEATED pool in the backyard. Most houses in that area do not have a pool, let a lone a heated one. This was perfect for early June when temperatures down at the shore can be iffy. The location was also perfect, we were a block away from the boardwalk and took advantage of the games and beach. We had a blast at this house and would definitely go back. We met the owners the last day and they were so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this house.

BEST SUMMER RENTAL in Point Pleasant Beach!

Congratulations on ESTABLISHING THE BEST SUMMER RENTAL in Point Pleasant Beach! It was very welcoming and homey. It had all the comforts of home and lots of room for the whole family. We enjoyed a week long gathering with our sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren. We all agreed that this was the best of our 20 years of coming to PPB in the Summer. Thank you.

Our family get together here was awesome. Countless hours spent in the pool. Teenagers loved having their own rooms downstairs away from the grownups. Staying in the house was all we had hoped for. We celebrated our anniversary with our children and grandchildren and could not have been any happier. Everything about your home was great! Our clan ate dinners all together which was such a treat. Great Family Vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great week here with the kids. They loved being so close to the boardwalk and beach. Great Location, Perfect House for Large Family

A Memorable Vacation

House has all the accommodation to make it feel more like a real home rather than a vacation rental. The pool area is great and felt like our own backyard. House is within walking distance to almost everything. Sad the week is over. Hope to come back again. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Amazing

We stayed at this property this year for the first time, and definitely not the last. The home is beautifully appointed, well stocked, clean, and spacious. Many things are included here that you don't get with typical beach rentals on the NJ shore, such as beach towels, pool accessories, etc. There is a fantastic, clean, heated pool and huge new BBQ grille outside. The owners are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and clearly love the home as well. We used it for a family get together, as we've become somewhat spread out geographically, and hope to do this every year at the same place. Plenty of parking off-street, which is also quite rare for NJ beach rentals. It's just steps away from the beach and boardwalk, so park your car and faghettaboutit! I wish we could spend the entire summer at this place, we all miss it so much already. The only negatives are that there weren't beach tags included, as most places have, and steep staircases to get upstairs. But overall, 5+ stars for this location and the wonderful owners!

AWESOME BEACH HOUSE

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WHEN WE ARRIVED, IT WAS LIKE WE WERE HOME. THE HOUSE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH EVERYTHING YOU CAN HAVE TO MAKE OUR STAY EASY, LIKE WE WERE REALLY HOME. THE POOL WAS GREAT, CLEAN AND HEATED. WE HAD A GREAT WEEK WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY JUST RELAXING AROUND THE POOL AND ENJOYING GOOD FOOD. THE BOADWALK WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE JUST DOWN THE BLOCK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THE OWNERS ARE SO WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING.

Great beach house

Stayed for a week in August 2014. We rented the downstairs 3 bedroom apartment. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great, just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk entertainment. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of chairs for everyone. The sun porch on the back of the 3 bedroom was great for morning coffee and evening dinners. Wonderful family friendly property. The owners are wonderful, friendly people. Upon arrival the owners met us there and gave us a tour of the entire house. The 4 bedroom upstairs is even more beautiful than the 3 bedroom. We highly recommend this property.
