Modern comforts for you to relax and enjoy in the lap of luxury! Ideally located on Nottingham Lake, this condo is perfectly situated for the ultimate getaway.

In the winter, walk out front to the free Avon bus line and you’ll be on the slopes in Beaver Creek within minutes. In the summer, enjoy the best of the area’s many hiking, cycling, and mountain biking trails. There’s something for you whether you're out for a 14er, an easy spin, or hit the links at the areas many golf courses.

This condo home is your respite from the everyday worries, with ample space for the entire family to stretch out and relax. Experience a private spa with a jetted tub in one bathroom and a rain shower in the other. Cozy up by the living room fireplace in the winter or escape the heat with air conditioning in the summer. The unit is the perfect balance of location and comfort, and you can escape the crowds and enjoy quiet peace with only 10 units in the entire complex.

Create gourmet delights with a fully outfitted kitchen including upscale Wolf appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a grill on the deck. Round out your vacation with some quality time with some board games and an Xbox 360 with over 30 games for the kids (and kids at heart!). A 58-inch TV with Roku and YouTube TV lets you catch up on your favorite shows and movies. The unit even has a new full size private washer and dryer so you can pack light for your trip!

Guest access: Located right in Avon within walking distance of restaurants and shops, this condo has easy access to all amenities.

Parking: There is one dedicated space in the private, heated, secured, garage for the unit. Additional parking is available outside on a first come first served basis.

Exterior cameras: There is a Ring doorbell at the front door to the unit and a Ring security camera in the garage.

Ski notes: Store your ski and snowboard gear in the private heated garage with ski racks and a comfy dressing area. Feel free to store other gear (e.g. coats, helmets, gloves) down there as well. In the morning, enjoy a private chalet experience as you walk down there in your warm slippers!

I stayed here with my husband and two children and we had an amazing time! The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful view. My family loved all the sports equipment and the pool/hot tub. The condo had everything we could need and had great little touches to make our trip extra special. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This is a great property in Beaver Creek! We had a great family ski weekend. The host is very responsive and helpful. We've stayed in many units and this is a favorite.

Great stay

Very nice condo. Stayed for Fourth of July and was perfect location for fireworks. Close to the lake. All high end appliances with every kitchen item you may need. We all loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Luxury on the Lake

This property is a perfect getaway. It is gorgeous inside and the kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. The location just steps from the lake is wonderful and the bike path is close by. The hosts are wonderful and check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay

We travel quite a bit for vacation and sports. This is this most well appointed condo we’ve stayed in- the host thought of everything. Great communication and easy instructions for checkin and checkout. Hope to stay there again!

Great property!

I stayed here with my family while we skied in Beaver Creek. The unit was beautiful and fully stocked. The host was very nice and informative. The location is super convenient and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

Quick golf get away

This place was better than advertised. Both bedrooms were very good size and bathrooms were as well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ask for. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect getaway

I don't write many reviews but this place was top notch and a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was equipped with everything you could imagine and first class all the way. The owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place

We stayed at this beautiful condo while skiing Beaver Creek. It was immaculate with a huge stocked kitchen. The heated garage with ski gear storage was very convenient. David, the owner is thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit, convenient getting to slopes

We loved our stay in this unit. It is beautifully appointed, comfortable, clean and wonderfully situated for accessing the bus (gets you to town, slopes, etc.). We're headed back to this unit in 2 weeks. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Well equipped and spacious

Wife loved the fantastic kitchen, kids loved the xbox, Dad loved all the TVs! We all loved the space and appreciated the underground parking. Would recommend.

Outstanding Trip

Family of five with teens had an amazing vacation in Avon! Property was newer and in great shape with an amazing kitchen that was well stocked. Had a relaxing time by the pool and a quick walk to the lake. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and time!!

We had a great time at the condo! The place was a perfect location for going to Beaver Creek and there were amazing restaurants right by the condo. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. The condo itself was clean and modern while still having a charm about it. Also the kitchen was amazing. I cooked a few times during our stay and wish I had some of the appliances in my own kitchen! Overall I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return if we come back in the future.

Stayed with our 18,16 and 11 year old.Condo was perfect for us and in a great location.High end condo and complex with everything that one of need. Owner communication was great too. Will definitely be back.

Girls ski trip

Great kitchen!

A true chef's kitchen with everything you could want to make your next feast. Everything has been thought out by the host and there are high-end appliances, knives, etc. and everthing you need to make your favorite dishes.

Beat the heat in Avon!

Property is absolutely wonderful. Very clean and organized. Everything was in perfect order, check in and checkout easy and simplified. Parking at the front door! Great places to walk and sit outside, neighborhood safe and beautiful. Avon is just a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Five star condo, with easy ski access!

My family of five spent New Year's here, and we had a wonderful time! The condo is immaculate, very comfortable and well stocked with anything and everything we could need. The owners put a lot of thought and care into this. They were also super responsive to any questions we had. The unit was very hotel- like with quality towels and linens. We were near enough restaurants so we could dine out, and also cooked in after a long ski day. Beaver Creek and Vail are both easy to access from the property, and the heated private ski equipment area in the garage was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool (with views of Beaver Creek) at the end of the day. Thanks, Dave & Lydia!

Ski trip

David was an excellent host. He was by far the most attentive and responsive host I have had. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. Great views from the pool and hottub after a long day of skiing. The ski slopes and restaurants were close by and easy to get to from the condo. Heated garage was great for storing our skis and had a boot heater to ensure warm feet to start the day. We had 4 guests in total but could easily fit 6. Highly recommend staying here.

Hi and welcome to our home! We are based in Boulder, CO but come up to the mountains as much as we can both in winter and summer.

This is the perfect balance of location and luxury where we can be on the ski slopes within minutes but we can also walk to shops and restaurants in town.

We can also stay in and enjoy lazy times without sacrificing anything - we've stayed in too many places in the past where "a fully equipped kitchen" didn't even include a spatula. Those trips were memorable in kitchen adventures. No more flipping pancakes with a spoon here!

Top-notch amenities to make you feel pampered, we cover all the details from ski storage to parking. First floor location makes it easy to load and unload so you can spend less time on logistics and more time having fun!

We love the outdoors but like our creature comforts too. This condo offers us the amenities that we look for in a vacation but also all the features of home.
