Enjoy a stylist experience at this quite family friendly space. Relax on the patio which is an awesome space for yoga and morning coffee. Fully equipped with new appliances and a cook's favorite space to prepare a tasty meal. Access to the pool, grill area, gym, and media stations are at arm's reach. No assigned parking. Parking area is directly in front the unit for safety purposes. Please enjoy your stay!

Completely different place than listing/no communication

This place genuinely ruined our entire trip. We were already forced to come to Charlotte when some members of the group couldn’t make it anymore due to the hurricane but the renter REFUSED to give any form of refund or even answer the phone when we called many times to explain our situation. We decided to still come, and on the way, we have to text for the check-in code multiple times and even message on vrbo and finallyyy over an hour later, we get a text back with the code. When we get to the address listed on the booking, we notice it’s different than the address that was texted to us earlier that day. I go “which address is right? they aren’t the same” and the renter responds with “we decided to move you to our other place 5 min away because this one has a leak” (okay, why wasn’t this communicated?????!!!!), but we drive to the new place which is actually 10 min away (this would’ve been very inconvenient if our concert plans were still happening because we chose the other one for how close to the venue it was) but anyways, we get to the new place and it’s SMALLER and does NOT sleep 6 people. It had only 2 beds and a tiny couch when the other place had a couch 3x as big. I get a text from the renter later on reading “hope you’re comfortable, there is an air mattress in the hall closet”…. We didn’t pay to sleep on an air mattress. I will 100% be reporting this because we were not told upfront that we would be in a different location. Our group ended up finding another place to stay in for the next 2 nights and just lost our money on this one, but at least we know now not to rent from these people again.

Sorry that all of a sudden because one person couldn’t make it that you feel the need for this outburst. Because to my knowledge after speaking with you multiple times you enjoyed your stay with no issues and a 2 bedroom can’t sleep 6 ppl as you may know both locations are 2bd rooms. I also offered you a 50% or a new stay date….And I guess the ppl on the door cameras wasn’t you if you are saying you did not stay at the location….I guess that’s why you trashed the place? But again we are glad you decided to stay and wish you nothing but the best….and we are thankful to you and all guest we host…mind you out of many you are the only one with an issue!!! Perfect location & enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet, clean and had all the amenities we needed (towels, laundry, dishes, streaming, etc). It even had children's cups & a highchair. The kitchen island featured stools for easy eating. Streaming was doable once we got the hang of it (we're used to regular tv). It was close to everything we wanted to see in the Charlotte area (NASCAR Hall of Fame and garages, mall, restaurants, grocery). There was a small playground on the premises that my 2 yr old enjoyed. The only recommendation we have is more comfortable seating in the living area. The futon couch only sat 2-3 and wasn't very comfortable. My in-laws actually purchased lawn chairs so they weren't sitting on the backless stools for the week.
