This property is closely situated 3 minutes from the world famous STOCKYARDS of FORT WORTH TEXAS! Lots of great restaurants and it is close to lots of things such as downtown fort worth , and the 2 major highways which are hwy 35 and hwy 820 as well as the airplane museum right down the st. The smaller airport at Meacham is approx 5 mins away as well. Now with the property being so close to such a lively and rapidly growing and up n' coming area the neighborhood is a bit more of a festive and active neighborhood mainly on the weekends. When arrive at the property you will see both homes and if you happen to arrive at sundown you will be welcomed by the light decor which makes it a good and bright space for a possible picture moment. The main home host a king bed with a large 65 inch tv closet area and sleeps 2 , the 2nd room is a bit bigger and it holds 1 queen bed along with a twin bed and its own restroom, a full restroom divides these 2 rooms with a tub/shower combo. The final sleeping area has its own wall mounted 32 inch tv along with a twin bed . lastly on bed arrangement there is 2 twin roll away beds you can place anywhere since there is plenty of space left in living areas. The livingroom room has plenty of sitting with 1 sectional and 1 large sofa as well as a huge 75 inch tv , all tvs have fire sticks or are fire tvs. There is a full kitchen which has pots , pans, glassware, mugs, utensils , coffee maker, pod coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and stove. The smaller house has 2 full queen beds as well as 1 twin roll away bed. There is a brunch table 4 chairs, also a full mini kitchen equipped with utensils , mini fridge with freezer, microwave, plates, bowls, glassware, etc.. Shower is a stand up shower with toilet . Finally its worth mentioning that nearly 95% of furnishings are new as of sept 2021 as well as the property got a bit of a remodel in august, all bedding towels , coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet trees, complimentary wine bottles, paper towels, hand soap , lotions, bodywash, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, free parking since stockyards do charge for parking in some areas, fenced in back yard and a side fenced in yard for small home, laundry soap , dryer sheets , and cleaning are all included with your stay making this an obvious choice when compared to hotels down the st.
