Escape to this spacious mountain home and enjoy wide open spaces, fresh air, and the natural beauty of the Sierra. Conveniently located just 17 miles from Yosemite National Park South Gate, 6 miles from Bass Lake, and 1 mile from downtown Oakhurst, this home is ideal for family getaways, group trips, and special celebrations.

Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this custom home offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax. Set on 2.5+ acres, the property features a large private backyard with room for outdoor activities, peaceful surroundings, and short mini hiking trails for guests young and old to enjoy.

Inside, the home is designed with families and groups in mind. The spacious game room includes a 65-inch Smart TV, pool table, foosball table, dart board, and air hockey, creating the perfect place for fun and connection.

Step outside and enjoy the open patio, complete with a fully set up grill, a large hot tub, hammock, and string lights. The backyard patio is open and inviting, offering a peaceful space to enjoy both mornings and evenings. Guests have especially loved the early morning sun, whether relaxing with a cup of coffee or starting the day with yoga and stretching. In the evening, the patio becomes a warm and welcoming space to unwind and gather.

Keep an eye out for deer, turkeys, and other mountain wildlife that may pass through the backyard. A small seasonal creek runs through the back of the property and marks the start of several short hiking trails, adding to the natural charm of the setting.

BEDROOM 1, MASTER BEDROOM
1 Cal King bed and 1 twin daybed with twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 4. Includes a propane fireplace not for use in summer months, Smart TV, direct access to the backyard and hot tub, a full walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

Two twin bunk beds and 1 twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 5.

BEDROOM 3
1 queen bed with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2.

BEDROOM 4
1 queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 2.

Hall bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from everyday meals to larger family-style cooking. It includes a 4-burner gas stove, double oven, cookware, and appliances such as a blender, griddle, rice cooker, and Instant Pot. There is also a 10+ bottle wine cooler and an assortment of wine glasses.

The living room features high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a chaise, making it a welcoming place to gather. A 65-inch Smart TV and a selection of board games help keep guests of all ages entertained.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES
We welcome both small and large groups, and our pricing is structured accordingly. While the home can accommodate up to 14 guests, the base price reflects up to 10 guests. An additional per guest, per night fee applies for guests over 10.

PETS
Our goal is to keep the home allergen free for all guests. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee plus additional cleaning charges.

OUTSIDE FIRES
Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed from May through October due to dry conditions and wildfire risk. When fire restrictions are lifted, any outdoor fire must be in an approved fire pit or chiminea. Guests may not create their own fire area using rocks or other materials found on the property. This does not apply to the propane BBQ provided for cooking, which may only be used for meal preparation.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the security of the property, there are 2 front-facing security cameras onsite: 1 Ring doorbell and 1 camera above the garage.

Our two night stay was the perfect fit for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the kids enjoyed the pool table as well. Location was excellent as it was only 5 minutes to everything we could need in town, yet sitting on two acres, it felt private. We even saw deer and several types of birds,including quail.

Very nice rental for 10 people. We wish check in could have been a bit more flexible as we arrived in Oakhurst around 12:00 and check-in wasn't allowed until 4 PM and on a 102 degree day, it was difficult to find ways to stay out of the heat. I checked with the host about checking in earlier but her didn't get back to me until after 4 PM. Communication with the host was otherwise great. The AC worked great. The game room is in the garage which is not air conditioned, so it was difficult to enjoy in the hot days of summer. The refrigerator ice machine did not work (ice trays were provided) and the water coming out of the fridge was warm - my only complaints about the rental itself. The hot tub was perfect. We saw several deer around the property and made friends with a cute little orange cat. We would consider staying here again.

WONDERFUL PLACE

Our family of 14 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting for a family member funeral. The place was top notch, clean, comfortable, orderly, and overall just a great place. Would definitely stay here again if/when in the area. Thank you so much.

Amazing Labor Day Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this amazing property with very convenient amenities for everyone. With very easy access to both the town and the nature, we all loved to relax at the Spa and with some games of pool. We literally could only ask for an earlier check in time and later check out time with smaller fees to enjoy more of the experience.

Beautiful, secluded house on large property. Very clean with all necessary amenities. About 1hr 20 minutes drive to the valley. Host was very responsive, easy to get a hold off. Thank you!

Beautiful House with a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the mountains.

This house is beautiful and such a nice and quiet peaceful place to relax. The location of this home is perfect and close to Oakhurst and so many near by activities. The neighborhood is great and you can really sit back on the porch and not hear anything but the wildlife. The hosts are amazing and make everything an ease all while being available if you need anything or have any questions. Hope to be back again someday and enjoy this beautiful place.

Fourth of July

The home was very clean and spacious. Room for all 11 of us. The home had all modern conveniences and plenty of towels. Communication with the host was very easy. Home is close to town and a half hour from Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing as always

This was our second stay at this property! Everything is amazing about this house: The location The size The neighborhood it’s clean, well maintained and beautiful. One little flaw is the amount of bathrooms. There is only 1 bathroom for everyone to use (another one in the master bedroom), if you could build an extra bathroom this would be an extraordinary property!

Nice & Cozy

My family of 15 fit comfortably. The game room has a futon and 2 roll out beds. The open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining was perfect for gathering. The game was an awesome hit with my family. Dart board, cornhole, pool table, Foosball and a flat screen TV. We seen deer the whole time we were there roaming around the property which was very cool for the kids. The covered patio with seating area was very nice. Property was very very clean. Highly recommend.

Perfection

Loved the spacious, cleanliness, and location of this wonderful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a purposeful attention to the details. Close to town and a reasonable distance to Yosemite. The grounds were the wow factor with a hot tub, outdoor seating and screened in seating. The game room was used nightly by the kids. Communication with the owner was spot on. We had a minor problem with the internet, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with the owner.

Family gathering

We really enjoyed the large, peaceful country setting in this beautiful family friendly home.We went out for walks and saw many deer and quail. The house was well suited for our holiday family gathering. There are very many nice amenities and little "extras" throughout. We especially loved the game room, wood stove, enclosed patio, and hot tub. The kitchen is spacious and well organized with all appliances & utensils needed for preparing meals. The beds and linens are comfortable with adequate storage space for personal belongings. With 14 persons in our group, sharing 2 restrooms and showers was a minor challenge at times, but otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

Simply Gorgeous!

My husband and I have decided that this is our favorite vacation rental so far! We used this home as our base camp for Badger Pass Ski Resort. The house layout is open, spacious, clean, and updated. The private patio and large backyard is amazing and peaceful. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area with a huge lawn for kids to enjoy. The screened in porch, with another seating area, is a huge benefit during the buggy times of the year. We wish our house had one! Our teens spent the entire visit playing pool and foosball plus they all had their own bedroom! This was extremely important to them and it makes our life easier! If your going to Yosemite or Bass Lake this is the spot! Enjoy!

Good Property

Everything was great at property. Well planned and equipped for a comfortable stay. The only issue is Bathroom. It has 2 Bathroom with Master Bath completely open with no door. Its very inconvenient when 10- 12 people stay and it has only one Bathroom outside to use for al. The Bathroom in Master bedroom need the whole bedroom to be locked in order to use it. There was an arrangement with officially 12-14 people can sleep comfortably but Bathroom need to be better. The rate was premium. Location was 1 hour to 1.10 Hour to Yosemite

The location is great. Very near town with restaurants and shopping. The screened in porch is nice although Black Widow spiders were frequently seen. Air conditioning does not work well. Instructed to open windows and use whole house fan but screens all have holes in them so that resulted in many bugs in house at night. The bunk bed room bunks swayed and I do not think it would be safe for someone to sleep on the top bunk. House had some cleanliness issues also. Host was responsive to concerns and even had maintenance check the AC but it did not help.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the great location and the screened-in porch! That's our favorite too. We’d like to clarify a few things to ensure future guests have a better experience. Our maintenance team checked the air conditioning right away and found it to be working properly. The AC struggles a bit when doors are frequently opened and closed, which can happen with the amount of in-and-out traffic during summer, but we’re always happy to help with any concerns. Regarding the pests, we responded immediately by having the property professionally treated. Being in the mountains, occasional sightings can happen, but we work hard to keep things as comfortable as possible for our guests. Additionally, we’ve already addressed the bunk bed stability, repaired the window screens, and had a thorough cleaning done to ensure everything is in great shape moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future!

Beautiful and perfect

It was a great experience from start to finish. We went on a family vacation 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 15 years to 2 months old. The area of the property was in a beautiful location, our breaths where taken away when we pulled up the drive way. Plenty of space for multiple cars. The kitchen and living room was spacious. The garage was a great place for the kids to hang out. The rooms had comfortable beds and in the master bedroom is a fireplace and grand bathroom. The backyard is a great area to hang out either in the hot tub or just relaxing in the hammock. In the morning we had deer in the backyard, the kids loved it. The house al together was very clean and supplied. There was everything we needed, kitchen supplied with dishes, utensils, cups, and it was all labeled for easy finding. There was plenty of extra towels and blankets. The communication was great as well just sent a message and was able to get a quick response every time. Can’t wait for another family vacation to plan at this property. Definitely recommend

This place was a great and very comfortable space to host our group during our trip to Yosemite valley. It’s clean, well furnished, spacious, and well located. The beds were super comfortable! The host was responsive and communicative, and was also flexible with our schedule for an additional fee. The hot tub was a great amenity for relaxing after a long day in the park. I’ll definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Yosemite!

Very spacious house, cleaned and quiet. A nice house to use on vacation. The house is as described on website. I would come back again.
