## Space
THE ACCOMMODATION
26 m² studio apartment located on the ground floor. It consists of a living area with sofa, television, and dining space; a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine); and a sleeping area with a double bed. The shower room with shower and toilet is open to the sleeping area (no door). A small private terrace adjoins the apartment (no outdoor furniture).
Bed linen and 1 large towel per person are provided and included in the price. Regardless of the length of stay, there is no linen change. An additional linen kit is available for €15 if needed.
PARKING
One outdoor parking space is included with the apartment, not enclosed.
LOCATION
The apartment is located outside the hyper-center, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to central Toulouse by car or public transport. Close to La Ramée Park, Zénith Toulouse Métropole, and main road connections.
TRANSPORTATION
Nearby bus lines 46 and 65. Zénith tram stop approximately 15 minutes on foot. Arènes metro station (Line A) accessible by public transport. Quick access to the ring road.
PLEASE CONSIDER
Ground-floor apartment, which may be slightly dark.
Property located under a flight path; possible aircraft noise.
Shower room open to the sleeping area, without a door (see photos).
Unfurnished terrace.
Non-air-conditioned apartment; may be warm in summer.

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
