The studio "sensuality" is located in the newly renovated annex building of the "Ostsee-Kate" and has a floor area of ​​about 65 square meters. The Ostsee-Kate with the apartments "Lifestyle", "summer" and "meaningful joy" is in a beautiful, 3,300 m² large fruit tree plot on a quiet cul de sac in Schmatzin. The small estate village is situated romantically between Usedom and Peene. Up to the lively and popular beaches on the island is about 30 minutes, until the Fishing and canoeing paradise Peene about 10 to 15 minutes or to the lake after G�����tzkow about 8 km.  Also castles and fortresses, airports and golf courses, museums and nature reserves, architecturally charming old towns (eg.
